I was just sent a letter asking to join a secret "Nouveau Tech" society. I'm not going to do it - the letter reeks of a scam.

However, I just was wondering if anyone else has gotten this kind of letter - it is kind of creepy.

received my second letter today from Nouveau. These guys don't give up. I'll keep tearing them up, just like you folks do. I'll bet they are being investigated, as they should be....

Boy, do I feel stupid...After reading these emails, I realize I was duped. Seems this "Society" is a scam. I too, bought Kevin Trudeau's book on natural cures. Having done clinical research for the FDA, I am aware of some of the less than forthcoming aspects of the pharmaceutical industry and wanted to see if there was anything significant that I was unaware of. I found the book a labor to read and primarily his angry railing against the powers that be, with very little actual useable information. I guess that's what the 5th Amendment is all about, we all just paid $30 to get his take on it! The Nouveau Tech Society scam is just the instrument to verify this guy's total lack of credibility.

I too received one of these invitation letters on Nov 7, 2005. Sounded weird to me,but my curiosity was peaked. So I got on line to check it out, see if I could find out more. Found lots of info. Strange for a "Secret Society". Anyways thanks for all the postings. They helped keep from getting scammed.

Looks like this "society" isn't so secret afterall. I got my letter today and here I thought I was special. Interesting point was Kevin Trudeau, I did order his Natural Cures book and it was an ok book. To follow it completely it's almost impossible one guest said it's too bad we don't know what the government is doing to us, that could be true but what I did know was that I paid too much for a book with more propaganda in it than anything. Go to the website it kept saying but it didn't say you had to pay a membership fee for the information. Trudeau ... Nouveau a correlation perhaps?

I received the letter today 11/8 with a deadline of 11/11. It is very vague, especially when speaking about having analyzed my profile. I have placed orders on the net and over the phone, this may be the connection.

Sounded fishy right from the first line of the SIX pages! For ONE thing, wouldn't a 'group' with such high-minded principles and superior intelligence know that a great, wonderful nominee such as myself, would be put off by having my name spelled wrong? And besides, if you have so few balls that you can't even tell me who you are, what makes you think that I am so gullible that I'd bite this line of b.s. without at least checking it out. It's headed for the shredder.... or perhaps it would be better to turn it over to the Postal Inspectors, the BBB, or the State Attorney General. Mold and rot grow best in darkness, so let's turn the light on this!

My mother received another letter today at my home address. I got curious and opened being she's been deceased for nearly 8 years! If this "society" knew anything about her at all, first they would realize that she would NOT have been a good candidate for "membership" to their "secret society" as she was a devout Christian, and second - they would know she is DEAD!! My mother would be 89 years old today, I guess that's one of the "rare traits" they look for in their members!

Truthfully I agreed about all of the subject matter, but being so clairvoiant.....I realized that nothing in life is free, without some kind of attachment, somehow , somewhere..........it was kind of bizarre to want me into this secret society (NTS), for free..............I found it strange that they said to send the entire last page back to them and no where else was there an address, or fax # or a name, etc but on that back page. I was to return it to Clifton NJ......yet the plain, non bulk mail envelope was from Ohio............amazing that I decided to research all of this before I mailed it in......part of the clairvoiant ability I have no doubt. Brains were part of the deal I got in life and I am working on the money part.......seriously....I cannot afford to loose what I have to a scam ........thanks for an eye opener!!!

I was laughing so hard as I read the letter, I had a hard time getting through it. First they sent it to my old name-it has been changed 9 years. If they are so great at determining that I have these rare traits that they talk about you would think they could at least get my name right. As they say in this letter
" you may be saying to yourself this is a bunch of hooey". Trust me I thought a lot worse then that!

Got the same "only you" letter today. Dead-line 11/11/05 to send back my "free invitation" to join this TNS! The letter has a manuscript # and account # (which made me suspicious). There just has to be a hitch. It's JUST ANOTHER SCAM!!!

I too received the letter in Oct. It said I had untill a certailn date to reply or forget it. I waited untill after the date and sent it in. I still received the first booklet. ( free) the rest is offered for $130. I thought, you've got to be kidding. I wrote back and told them to send the material and after I made my first large sum of money I would send them double thier asking price. We'll see how fast they reply. Although, I would like to know what the 10 second secret is.

I received a letter on Nov. 8th. It said it was a personal letter, just to me, and no one else. However, it was a very poor photocopy, even the signature. If it was just to me, why wasn't it an original?

Thank you so much for letting people know about this. Especially people so desperate for some debt relief. I really can't afford another scam. I am a sucker for Money scams. I will not send the letter back.

For three years I have been e-mailing and phoning agencies to have my name removed from their mailing lists, this included charities, 'get rich quick', and etc. etc. It has been working but slowly.

4 Months ago a dear friend gave my name and addy as a 'can we contact your friend' name. I know she did it out of our friendship but since then I have received soooooo many 'get rich' and 'health' and 'etc. junk mail. I have to start all over again.

Please don't do this to your friends and family.

Thankfully I don't fall for any of their 'stories' but I'm sure alot do......

Thank you for having this site. I too ordered Kevin T's book, Natural Cures. What a waste of time and money. In addition to receiving the crazy letter from Nouveau Tech society, I also received a strange phone call from a telemarketer that say that they recieved my credit card # from someone that I did business with. Could old Kevin be selling our credit card numbers????? Pls. let me know if this has happen to you. If so, he should be reported to the appropriate officals. In fact, according to his Natural Cures Wed Site, old Kevin spent time in jail for credit card fraud.

I also ordered Kevin's book. Was impressed with it and was on board, however, I am skeptic about a lot of it. I also was invited into the NTS. Not buying it either. Too good to be true.

There is no need to get involved with this scam. I have all the talents I need from my savior Jesus Christ. God will supply me with all I need. Trash the letter!!!

Thanks for posting info about the NTS scam. I to received a strange letter inviting me to join their "secret society". I think there's definately a connection to the "Natural Cures" book by Kevin T. because I also bought that book. Some of the info seemed okay and some wacko in the book. Now I think I might send it back and try to get a refund.

Often wonder when a person reads do they actually find something that helps them out in life. Perhaps some things are against "religion" perhaps against the church.....Are there truths? What can be used and what cannot....Where does some info come from. Philosophy, religious articles...do some things offend in life. can one learn from integrated thinking. Do you absorb everything taught to you because someone said it is alright. Do you have faith in man or God? There are many pros and cons.......however what is the differance between what is taught in public schools and within private...Christian or non...Where does one get the idea that He can be God? Yet how well can one learn from integrating thoughts and ideas into one big picture.. What is the differance between seeking out the whole or believing in part that which one may learn. Many many truths are revealed each and every day. Does it line up with scripture?. Where do u draw the line in one society when we accept so many other things that may or may not be morally acceptable. Can one learn from a professor? If so does he or she have to believe everything...or does one sit down and break things apart to find out for themselves.....everyone has been taught the worlds sky is blue....Could it be another color....? It is blue because someone told us it is blue. We accepted it. Can one accept the giver of gifts but not the gifts...Or can one accept the gifts and not the giver...What information is vital to our society? Can one handle multiple tasks with out being taught or trained. There is Wisdom but only if you ask for it. However you need to know who is the giver.. God or Man.

Thank you gang,
Recieved my letter last week, just opened it. Noticed my November 4th expiration date had passed. What is funny is, in my letter Kevin mentions himself in 3rd party form. The other 'Coincidense' is, I had just recieved the 'Natural Cures' book about 2 weeks earlier....hhmmmm....and now you mention Kevin Trudeau. Shame, he talks about all the things the FDA did to him and the hidden language in their text against him. If what you are all saying is true, he has done the same thing with this letter. What a shame, puts a hole in the book I am reading...bummer

I received my letter Nov 9, 2005. I thought that this letter of information was too good to be true. I decided to see if any information was on the web. I am so glad that others have spoken out about this offer from Nouveau Society.I believe that, "if this society was not a scam, the society would be open about there information and making millions.

I ordered trudeau's book as well. Mystery letter soon followed. The book had some good common sense ideas but nothing earthshattering. It made me more aware of the things "i" choose to put in my body.
Keep your money and spend it on more important things. Believe in yourself. You dont need some secret society to vote you in. That advice really is free...
