I was just sent a letter asking to join a secret "Nouveau Tech" society. I'm not going to do it - the letter reeks of a scam.

However, I just was wondering if anyone else has gotten this kind of letter - it is kind of creepy.

I received the letter from the Nouveau Society today. It wreaked of scam and now that I'm on line checking it out, of course it is, after reading all the above. Kevin Trudeau has a lot of nerve selling out anyone who buys his book when he is putting down the same type of folks selling out people to drugs. Not a lot of difference in my book. I'm VERY disappointed.

What happened to, "Judge not, lest ye be judged'?
Any pastor worth his salt knows better than to judge others. Let God worry about others' punishment. Until then, worry about yourself!

I just received the same letter. I cam on line to check about it. I usually don't trust any mail or information until I find out about it from difference sources. Thank you all for putting this information to protect others. What stunned me is Kevin Trudeau's involvement with them. I have ordered his book few weeks ago and got in the mail. My name was misspelled on the envelop, but I didn't bother. Today, when I receive Nouveu Society's letter, I see my name is typed misspelled the same way Kevin Trudeau did when sending me the book. So they do have a link. So sad.

I just ordered the "Natural cures" book of kevin Trudeau. The book is awesome and coincidentally I received that bogus letter from "Nouveau Tech Society" inviting me to enter the new cycle of opportunity. I was in it already (praise to God), there is no need for me to return/fax the form requested. What is troubling in all that, it seems that the database containing billing info of those ordering kevin's book or any mail-ordering items for that matter is accessible to some scammers as well. if you order a book using your credit card, they will know it is a valid name and address. You may notice that they decide to add a letter or two in your name to make it non-obvious. This is the risk of mail-ordering where there are a lot of self-employed, home-based businesses sharing the same info for zillions of vendors some good like Kevin Trudeau and some bad like "The Nouveau Tech Society...As far as the latter, save yourself a stamp, use the 10 minutes needed to read their "fakes flatteries" to pray God to keep blessing you......WHAT A SHAME

I to have just recived the letter, and read it of course to see what it offered. Like everyone else I researched it online to find out if it was a scam. Just as I suspected there are tons of people who recived them and ended up wasting tons of money. They get your name when you order Kevin Trudeau book "Natural Cures They don't want you to know about. Think about it don't the letter and the book have a lot in common about promising success in all areas of your life. I liked the book but don't waste your time on the letter. If anything call Kevin and ask him how he has permission to release any of our personal info!!!!

I, like many of you, recieved the letter that says what a special person I am, and what powers I can posses over my fellow man. It spoke of no obligation, and a free book! Thank God for Websites like this one, it will help gullable people like myself to be very careful when strangers stroke our egos.

I received a letter about a month ago and it made it sound like I was the only one getting this letter. About 2 weeks later I got a another letter wanting money I'm glad that I took the time to look it up on the internet and found that it is more of a scam than anything, when something sounds to good to be true it always is.

You are all right - those letters are scam, but don't drop everything in the same basket. Kevin's Trudeau book is something everyone should read. I deal with antural medicine for 15 yrs. and all he says is true. There are many people around who would be happy to shoot his mouth. Tehre are things that aberage person desn't even realize - especially in medical system in US, an other countries as well. If doubt - just go and search ehat others have to say about the same topis (i.e. search for Dr.Rath's web site). You will be surprised what you find! If anyone have realted to those topics I would be happy to talk more in private (certain things can't even go public - they are just to scary.

first i must note that i did not purchase the 139.95 manuscript. i did send for the free book out of curiosity. it is basically an extended advertisement for the 139.95 manuscript. it contains 5 stories (fantasy) of people telling how nouveau tech changes their life. i would almost recommend getting the free booklet for a good laugh. "I have appeared on stage with the United States' President Ronald Reagan, ....Mikhail Gorbachev, Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf, & many other wealthy, famous people......my tv shows are some of the most watched in television history." "And the best part is you can apply this secret in less than 10 seconds. (then why do yuo need a 1000-page manuscript.)

Greetings folks. I also ordered Trudeau's book "Natural Cures." I paid extra for rapid shipping (3-5 days) and it's been almost three weeks and I am still waiting for the book! It apparently didn't take them long to bill my accout and sell my address info though! I also recieved the Nouveau Tech Society letter today. I am positive that this mail-order scam is related to my recent book order,I only wish I could prove it. I am tempted to fax a reply to the phone number listed on the invitation, respectfully declining their offer, and since I gave no authorization to sharing my mail information, also telling them I've given copies of the letter to my postmaster, and my lawyer... and joined several online chat groups in reference to this matter and suggested we all get together and pursue a class action lawsuit...
I'm really dissapointed, I want to believe in the Natural Cures book and am interested in reading it (even with all of the conspiracy theories)... as I also believe there is some truth to natural healing powers... AND to have so many natural remedies consolidated into one book is so inviting... But I've also heard that Mr. Trudeau has in his own sordid past, been previously involved with mail order scams... I'd hoped that he grew up and cleaned his act! Get a REAL JOB DUDE!
Thanks for your posts, and thanks for listening :-)

I got the letter in the mail, read it a few times and figured what the heck, I'll send for the free secrets, and see what it has to say. All I got was the first installment, a book of more famously anonymous testimonials, and for $139 I get the 1000page second and final installment with the secrets, 1 lie for free is enough for me, I hate to see how many lies I'd get for $139

I, too, recieved a letter. It indeed sounded creepy and smelled of sorcery and witchcraft. I kept thinking of people selling their souls to the devil. It made me laugh after reading about all of the proposed absolutes and utopian benefits. What is the connection to Kevin Trudeau? I love the book Natural Cures, but did NTS get our names from some of Kevin's customer lists?

anything that involves Kevin Tredeau is a scam. Remember he's done time in prison for credit card scams. He's involved in this nouveau tech scam also.

Shucks!! I thought somebody finally realized how special I really am! So glad I checked Google before rushing out and FAXing my reply. (In Hawaii,I didn't receive until the 13th and had until the 14th to reply.) Now I am skeptical about the truths in Kevin Trudeau's book, "Natural Cures".

Isn't it sad that these people play with us that have the dreams they talk about.... if only.... it was nice to find this site... I knew I couldn't afford to get into another scam...(yes, another) but, I was really thinking wow..... then yes this was creepy, whats even more weird, I never was able to read the booklet they sent for "FREE". It made me tired, and I fell asleep with it for 3-4 days.... and carried it with me every day... thinking.... hahahahah something good would happen.....boy do I feel stupid....Iam going to burn the book too....

Yes, this is very deceptive, obviously designed to play on the weak and despirate. I received my letter shortly after I received my Book "Natuaral Cures..." It is a sad thing to think that Kevin Trudeau is linked to such a scam. Maybe Kevin should go ahead and get in bed with the FTC, FDA,and Co. For any good he may have accomplished, this certainly raises doubt about his integrity. We do not need to follw Kevin to discover Natural cures. There is enough information and specialist in this feild. Trust your instincts and do your homework, good health can be accomplished without Kevin Trudeau. We must file our complaint with the Postmaster General. I did not fall for this. I never sent the letter in, so I really dont have a claim. However, I will still forward it to the proper authorities. Further more I will now address this issue on the natural cures web site! I encourage anyone else who is associated with natural cures to do the same. "I am mad as hell and I'm going to do something about it!"

I too received the letter. I did fax the 'order form' back for the free booklet. I read the free booklet and nothing has changed in my life like it said it would...within 3 days. No, I did not order the entire 1,000 page book for about $130. I'm not that stupid.

I just received this same strange letter and am glad to find that we have areas like this to go to. I also purchased the Natural Cures book. I was glad to get some of the information but have done much research on my own for natural cures that was not in the book. I hope that by purchasing this book has not begun to bring on the scam and con artists. It would be a shame that millions of people are giving the author a second chance at being an upright citizen and then in turn he would con us all out of whatever more he could. I enjoyed the book but I paid for the book and do not expect to be swindled out of any money.

I keep seeing this "Natural Cures" book mentioned. Where did you get it, and have any of you been on mailing, especially e-mail, from W. C. Douglass, Bottom Line Books, or Daily Health News? I have been for several months, now, and have purchased books from them. These are the only places of similar interest where my name and address are known. Are they connected in any way?

I also received a letter on October 17, 2005 and I read it over and over again. Maybe it took them 7 years to come out again to do damage to some more people. I am convinced that these people are out there to take advantage of the weak. Thank you for your website. Let's stop them for 7 more years.

Your right all....They play on everything you want. I appreciate sites like this where you can find out about such scams. It's easy to get caught up, although much of what was stated is SO unreal. You DO have to think before acting.
Thanks bunches for the heads up......Everyone should fax this whole list of comments to the person they received it from. I'm not allowed to say who I received mine from, but does John Finn ring a bell?

I got a letter also. It says I will never hear from them again if I don't respond. If that is true, why do I get one of these letters everywhere I move. They can't know me too well. This is the third or fourth one I have gotton over the years.
Chaulk another one up for file 99.

I just got that letter inviting me to join the many successful actor, writers, astrologers, and so forth. The letter included my name throughout which makes it almost convincing. I decided to look them up on the internet, and I find this information with more people who have received, "the letter." It even comes in a first class envelope.

I can think of a million or more reasons why, in secret, someone would want to pick me out for worship, praise, adoration and share breathless mentoring time with me(-me,me)...but not one of those reasons could be me & my imaginary money because i have so little of that also as it is the same with Me and my "real" money....someone else got that each time I thought it was mine but as the letter said of my excellent qualities...." I shall rise again- I shall return...it's mine, mine, mine!!!!.

Did you notice the booklet copyright is 2005, yet they claim to be decades old.And it is a typical scam letter-"you are special; act immediately" I wonder is they pay taxes. A letter from them to a house and a return letter w a check-what is they just cash it, no record. Sorry I tore up the leter, I'd send it to postmaster in OH, jpolice and tax board, if
I had it.

I recieved the initial letter and sent for the free 56 pg book. It is a total scam!! From reading all of your replies it seems we all have one thing in common. We all ordered the natural cures book by kevin trudeau. Obviously he has compiled a mailing list and has used it to prey on people. Or he atleast sold the list to NTS!! Has anyone ordered the 1000 pg manual? I am curious as to whats in it.
