Nouveau tech society scam letter

However, I just was wondering if anyone else has gotten this kind of letter - it is kind of creepy.

Good thing I knew it was a scam then I looked on the envelope and it had immpressions in it and I looked real close and it has someone elses name on it but Im the only one because Im so special I don't need them to tell me I special I already know that (ha ha)thanks for all your commentsthe more there are the more people will believe it is a scam.
SCAMMING LETTER
Hi Jms @ Bryan:
I Just got the letter myself to join this so great society. However, I searched the net and was guided to this forum. That God I did!. I had a gut feeling it was a scam, specially when it talks about my traits and abilities. How can they know, if I don't even know all of them myself?. Anyways, I hope their are other people out there who are really intelligent enough to search before falling into these scams. I guess I find another one of my traits...No letting anyway take me for a foul.
Thanks for your posts. All of you have a great day!

Dear anonymous:
I don't think we are the poor souls. The poor souls are those who fall into many traps because they do not research. Yes, Kevin Trudeau's book is good to read as much as any fictional story could be. I am not saying that everything in his book is fictional, However being in the medical field myself believe me not all is true. Plus, if you read in debt he tells us not to do this or that, but he also states that because he needs to live in this so called corrupted goverment world he eats what he tells us not to, because he also goes to restaurants like we do.
Don't be fooled yourself. Use your own judgement most of it is common sense.
Have a nice day!
The Nouveau Society
My parents live in the middle of no where...they have received one of these letters as well. It is amazing how far someone will go to get innocent people to part with their hard working paychecks.
Mail Scam
Thanks for the warnings. You're right. Anyone who promises you something for nothing is always after your $$$ for sure. I ripped it up and threw it in the trash. Guess I'll have to live with never being able to read minds and almost nobody wanting to "be my friend". By the way, Jesus drove a fortune telling demon from a girl in the bible. In both the old and new testaments witchcraft, soothsaying and the like is always an evil thing to be avoided at all costs.
The Nouveau Society
I recieved an invitation Tuesday. They are getting inventive! Web searches can be to our advantage. Unfortunately there are a lot of desperate people out there who will believe anything.

Noveau Tech Center
I received the letter today and I couldnt believe how some people sink so low to prey upon others. As soon as I started reading it, I knew it had to be a scam. Thank you for posting all the information on this web site.
The Nouveau Tech Society
I received a letter from The Nouveau Tech Society today. I am always suspicious of offers that offer something for free. Besides I don't need a letter from the NTS to know that I am special -- LOL! :)
scam letter
I, like all of you, received the letter today and went right to the computer. What is clear to me (after reading all the postings)is that we may all have the "Natural Cures" book in common. Either this is a spin off or they have sold all of our info to this outfit. Even though there were some good elements in the book, it failed to deliver as I'm sure this Nouveau would and make money on us along the way. I too was charged the $71.40 even though I declined the newsletters at the time of ordering and I called them when I received newsletters in the mail. When I saw the new charge on my card statement I called them right away and the apologized for the "miscommunication". I wonder what they have collected off people who do not read their statements? I guess we even have to watch out for the people who are telling us to watch out for government
Funky letter from Nouveau Tech Society
These letters reek of scam not only because of what they are trying to do, but if you have already replied to their first letter, the second letter and their brochure are worded almost the same with a few minor changes. If anyone out there has money to burn on their "invitation" by all means, buy the over-priced book. If not, save your money for something important, like food or rent.
Nouveu Tech Society (No View)
Hi,
I too received one of these letters today. It does seem to be a scam. I enjoyed the part where it says the secrets can pierce anyones faith or beliefs because its based on facts, yet the author is expecting you to have faith in what she says is true...hmmm. This letter reads like Kevin Trudeau's "Natural Cures I Don't Want You To Know About unless you join every monthly paid membership I can stick you with". I receive his newsletters that I specifically said I did not want but was billed anyways a few months letter - hence my "special quality" a "Sucker" who has still to call and have the "membership" canceled. P.S. I tapped into my whimsical Right brain and it foresees another scam without even having read the "Society Secrets".

Regardless of what you people think of Kevin Trudeau, the hard facts in his book remain true. You see, the problem is that people buy the book and jump directly to Chapter 6 looking for the cures. If you were to read the first few pages in the book, Kevin states that you must read in the order written in order to fully understand how to do the various cures! The info in his book are not new. In fact, I have been aware of the FDA/FTC scams and of the Alternative cures a long time now. He is just one of a minority of advocates with the courage to blow the whistle on these government "fat cats". As for charging for his letter, website..He clearly states that all monies are used for the Natural Cures cause. As for him not answering his mail, maybe he bit off more than he could chew because of his unpredicted, overwhelming responses and sales success. I'm sure he wouldn't mind people passing on the cures. After all, that's called Free Flow of Information and Kevin is all for it!!!
kevin trudeau/ nov.tech?
I saw this name and funny, he is the first one i thought of when i got this weird letter. i recently ordered from trudeau. is he a part of this? did he sell my info? He is a great money maker for sure but this is cheesey even for him. I will instantly become a piano player, lose thirty pounds and become more beautiful than anyone around. The society knows me. They know I have "it." Some people will buy into it and how sad but I wonder if anyone else has recently bought from trudea?
Wow, no wonder Kevin Trudeau had to keep repeating himself over
Wow, no wonder Kevin Trudeau had to keep repeating himself over and over in his book..You people really don't pay attention, do you??? If you read the book cover to cover, the cures are all there!!! WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU ALL TO SEE THAT?? It is obvious that you folks are very new to alternative measures, or else you all would be doing the cleanses and cures that are outlined throughout chapter 6 till the end!!
Be patient and stop looking for the quick fix! Read the whole book..ALL the cures are there, as promised!
That book is a far cry from a scam!! Man, if you people are having that rough a time "getting it", then maybe you should consider browsing the children's section on your future book puchases. Try the Little Golden Books- they come with those cute illustrations that will help you figure out the plot to "The Little Engine That Could." Geez!
I also received this letter, i was stuped enough to believe it.
I also received this letter, i was stuped enough to believe it. My husband went online and showed me what a scam this is. I do believe that mr kevin trudeau has to do alot with this scam since i recently bought the book and if you do reasearch online you will see that most of the people that has received this letter also bought the book.
Nouveau Tech Society
Well, well. Hello to all. I too received this flattering and inviting letter. I find it truly amazing that given autonomous choice from the Father that there are so-o-o-o many who choose evil over good. In addition to shutting down these poor saps - perhaps we should pray for them??? Anybody have any substantive updated information on the legitimacy of Kevan Trudeau and his Natural Cures book?

I received the letter and boy they are good. we need to have this stopped, go to your local post office and let them know about this. alot of people are not smart enough to look on the web. Kevin Trudean has alot of truth in his books, you should read them

I received the letter from this 'society', and after reading the 1st page of this six and a half page letter offering me a free handbook, I immediately flipped to the last paragraph of the last page to get to the gist of what the message of the letter was. Due to it being six pages to begin with, automatically I assumed it was a ridiculous bunch of fluff. The letter insulted my intellegence, and I'm sure most of the other people they send it to - especially since these 'chosen and very few selected and talented people' happen to be people that are strategically picked from a bunch of lists that contain almost all US household data in them. These 'special people' this society selects to receive this free handbook are the same people on the same lists that all marketing companies have access to. They are lists that can be rented or purchased from either the US Post Office or other Vending companies that house demographical information (name, address, age, ect.) on about 95% of all US households. I worked for a direct mailing marketing company and am aware of what companies like this have access to. I recently purchased a book, called 'Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About', and am certain that the same company I ordered this book from either sold or recycled my information to this 'society's' publishing company or is affiliated with Kevin Trudeau (the author of the book I purchased) in some way or another! On another website (ripoffreport.com) the customer-service manager of this publishing company, Barbie Diamond, makes an attempt to save face for Neo-Tech Publishing (NTP), by spilling out a bunch of fluff that almost mocks the six page letter I originally received. She states that over the past 3 months, she's handed out packages to over a million households. She argues that of all the millions of transactions that she's made, she's only received 6 complaints. 6 out of millions! What Diamond doesn't realize, is that by her boasting about and defending her millions of transactions to over a million households, she's contradicting everything that the originally sent letter is stating! The originally sent letter repeatedly states that the words in the letter are confidential and meant only for whomever it's sent to. That the 'society' members analyzed the person's profile and chose him/her to be apart of their exclusive club and to be given their secrets. Now, if I am suppose to be only one of several others that is so priviledged to such precious and ancient secrets, then why is over a million households receiving the same offer as me? If this society knows so much about me (and talents that I supposedly have no clue that I possess) and am one of the very few lucky ones chosen to have my own talents revieled, then why is this handbook free to view for everyone on neo-tech.com/pax-b1/index.php ? And why is it that Diamond gave out this website address only AFTER having to defend her publishing? I don't know about you guys, but I surely am not feeling 'special' or think that I 'possess several rare traits' or that my 'hidden talents must be phenomenal for the society to select me', when they are telling me and over a million other people the same line of bull. How would you call it?

NTS Scam
Hi! I also received this letter yesterday, and I was wondering where in the world they got my address, and how would they know what "special qualities" I had that they were so impressed by... I just plain did not believe this "secret" society and right away got suspicious. So this morning I got on the net and looked it up, and sure enough, found several websites dedicated to this scam. Thanks for researching and warning us about them. I also read in scam.com that everyone receiving this NTS scam letter have ordered the "Natural Cures" book from Kevin Trudeau, which I did. I thought that was interesting so I just wanted to point that out to all of you who are wondering why you got the letter.

You can tell there is something very wrong about this letter. How is it connected to Kevin Trudeau? I trust him. Are they connected somehow? Who is Barbie Diamond? How do I send an email to Kevin Trudeau to ask him if he knows about this "secret society"?

I recieved the same letter and immediatly looked it up. Darn, I thought I was special.
Nouveau Society
I too recieved this infamous letter. It has Bull you know what written all over it.
Throw the letter out and take the $130 and spend it taking your better half out for a night of fine dining. Guaranteed to give you some positve results.
Nouveau Society
I received a letter (long!) from the Nouveau Society. I am ALWAYS skeptical about things that are so flattering, repetitious, and condescending! In the shredder it goes! In the light of the "Privacy Act", I do wish people like this Society were not able to obtain our names so easily. When are our names and addresses going to be made private? I've worn out a shredder already from excess junk mail that truly needs to be shredded for OUR protection!

whoa i too received this creepy letter today Oct 6. It reeks of a scam and where did they get my name, concidence or what but i recently ordered Kevin Trudeau's Book. I will be very angry if they rec'd my name off my purchase of this book. But hey, in the garbage it goes. This letter is scarier than any horror movie I've ever seen.
Stupid Letter
Hi Guys! I just got the letter myself. I wasn't going to to it, but decided to look it up online and see exactly what they do. I think I'll tear it up in little pieces, put it back in their envelope and send it back to them. Seems appropriate.
I received the letter.
I received the letter on oct 3, 2005. I do not believe this organization is connected to Kevin Trudeau. He has an excellent book on the market, called naturals cures. The excellent information in this book has really helped me.
I received the letter from the Nouveau Tech Society.
On oct 3, 2005 I also received this letter. It is not connected to Kevin Trudeau. Kevin Trudeau has an excellent book on the market called natural cures. This book has really helped me. Also, you do not have to purchase the news letters. He advertised the book for $29.95, and that is all I paid. It is my opinion that the Nouveau Tech Society just wants your money.
I also received this letter and went immediately to the interent
I also received this letter and went immediately to the interent. It sounds like a scam. I too bought Kevin Trudeau's book, what does he have to do with this? Is he selling our information?
strange letter, The Nouveau Tech Society.
I too receved this letter today 10/6/05.I was skeptical,so I had my Husband read it,he thought it was strange also,so I thought I better check it out on the net, glad I did. Thanks for everyones help and input. It creeped me out.
strange letter, NTS
I receved this strange letter but what does it have to do with Kevin Trudeau's book. I would like to know how many of us have ordered his book and receved this letter, is there a link? I believe Kevin. I have read his book, and it has helped me and my family tremendously. His book is not a scam.
strange letter, NTS
I think this letter is a buch of bologna and that you should shred it as soon as possible. I read my mothers NTS letter and it sounded much like a scam. I think they should be locked behind bars for a long time. ]:)

I also received the letter from Nouveau Society. I replied and then found this website. I guess I should have checked the internet first. Lesson learned. Thank you so much for making this site, or I would have been just another victim.
Noveau Tech Society Scam
I too received this scam letter on Oct.4. Funny thing, just last night I saw an interview with Kevin Trudeau and the interviewer was intensely questioning him regarding his two previous prison sentences for him ripping off the public. He vehemently denied it. Said he had paid his debt to society. As a retired prison guard I can tell you that he only developed more sophisticated means for promoting his scams while he was in prison. Thanks for his exposure as a scam artist.
The Nouveau Tech Society
This letter is definitely a scam, but i was not aware that Kevin Trudeau was involved with all of this, if anyone has any info please share.
Nouveau Tech Society
Thank you for the heads up on this scam. I also bought Kevin Trudeau's book, which I agree, is full of wonderful information. What is their connection in this society? Did he start this so-called society? Even the internet does not tell you enough - but then more than enough to know that this is a scam. Thank you for the suggestion to take this letter to the post office. At least it is something we can do to try and stop this kind of solicitation.

Three page letter scam - what a waste of precious trees! I too received the "secret" letter. But, alas, I was on vacation and too late to respond :<) The only benefit from this experience is I found this website which I will bookmark.

And then I decised to search the web and found your sight....glad I did...I has been implyed that Kevin Trudeau is someway involved???? is this true? I got his book and love it. Alot of what he say's in his book is true..I really hate to think he is tied into the Nouveau Society.

I also received an invitation to join. But after reading the messages posted It all makes since. When the name Kevin Trudeau was mention, then the book Natural Cures, I knew it was a scam. I Bought that Book, which was absolutely worthless. He states this on his first page. I would not waste my time on such a ridiculous scam!
Nouveau Society letter
I, too, ordered the book by Kevin Trudeau, was charged for the newsletters, for which I demanded a refund (it took 2 phone calls and 3 weeks to get it)
and then I get this letter on 10/06 which needs a reply by 10/07 or the chance to realize my potential will be forever gone. Not much time to think about "changing your life". Glad I checked the internet, my curiosity was getting the better of me.
Thanks for your help!
Free Invitation Form
I also recieved a letter for a free invitation to join dated Oct.1.

Please let me know if this is a scam.
Nouveau Society
I received this mysterious letter in the mail, telling me how fabulous I was and how these astonishingly rich and famous people had reviewed my profile and la, di, dah dah dah. If they had all this information on me, why did they spell my name wrong? I knew it was a gimmick but, I must admit, I allowed curiosity to get the best of me and I sent in the reply letter. You've gotta admit, they really know how to project a sense of urgency, "You only have a few days before you are out of your cycle." I have to agree with an earlier response I read stating that it sounds a bit like they are dabbling in witchcraft. I was glad they had the wrong name.
I'm moving on.
