Hi to all members,

Everytime you post in the forums the system will give you some points.

You can now exchange your debtcc points for 1 cent

This system is applicable from 16th may 2004; we are not deducting the existing points, so your points are effective from the launch of debtcc points.

How and When can I encash my debtcc points ?
Once you reach a minimum balance of $10 you can request us to send you the money by check or paypal (your preference). You have to encash a minimum of 1000 points or $10 each time you request for debtcc forum payment.

Hope this is much simpler and effective.

Your suggestions are welcome.

Thanks
Vikas

Note: Policy updated on 22nd March 2006.

I think this forum is really cool.I look forward to sharing my thoghts and ideas and making a good amony of pocket change.

Linda,

We all are connected in this community and we jump on to the new visitors who come here with some of their problems. As new people are not familiar with this website, we all show them directions and help in their decision making.

You might be at the learning stage now but after some spending some time here, you will arm yourself with good and useful information. Then you will feel like helping others going through similar problems.

Vikas, the admin of this site, appreciates us for doing this community welfare. It is like a reward he wants to offer us with pleasure. You can share your experiences here and help others going through hard times. You will be rewarded whole heartedly for this good work.

I wanted to ask to person that was speaking about his wife and being a debt collector himself. I couldn't really read all of what you were saying. I guess the otehr icons cut into your writing. But I have been calling them and calling them. They have me down for two different companies in which I have a police report that I submitted to them and Heather ext 1108 said that I needed to send them an avdavit(sorry for the mispell) and have it notarized. THey also said to go on their website and download this affidavix and I couldn't find it still. This is how I stumbled apon your words of encouragement.
I was wondering if you can send me an email email address removed as per forum rules - Mike
.
I thank you in advance

i apparently did not register when i first started posting. I was posting under the same user name as this one >heathero617< and had like 100 points. Well i reistered and now would like to know how to either move those points over to this account or donate them to someone else.

Guest points don't go anywhere. They come up as default because there is no account that can store it. After you register, all points earned by you for each post will accumulate to your account. Log in to the forums with this account and your points will go up every time something is posted.

Pub section doesn't generate any debtcc points. It works on the other forums.

Whenever you post helpful information, you receive debt cc points, which later can be turned in for money. You receive 1 cent per 10 lines. In other words, if you have 1000 points, you can cash those points in for $10.00. Anytime you get 1000 points or more, you can cash them in. Hope this helps.

I'm new to this what are the points? And how are they decided how many points each posts give you? so one point is worth a penny? So if you have 100 points that's a dollar?

Hi fedupinpa

Members encash the DebtCC points anytime after having 1000 points which sums up to $10. You can make the redemption requests for the points accumulated each time.

Debt Samaritans, moderators also earn 1 cent like the other users. The changes were done during that time after taking feedback from the community.

If you are interested in redeeming your DebtCC points, send me a PM, please.

Regards
Mike

Hi there I am VERY new to this forum and I am not sure how the point system thing works. Is there a site that I can look at to help me more understand it and how to redeem my points ? I'm not from the US, will i still be able to be helped here ? but I really like this forum because now I know that there are more average joe people that are going through the same thing as I who is in deep debt =(

You earn DebtCC points for every post done in the forums. One point is worth one cent and you will be able to redeem when you have a minimum total of $10, i.e.. 1000 points. Write a PM to Mike or Vikas and they will do the redemption.

Yes, you also can be a good part of this forum and interact with everyone. Start sharing your suggestions and comments in the different forums. Keep in touch.

In one post I read "You can also multiply your points by offering community help to our members in need.". I was wondering if there is a page that describes this further. I would like to know what kinds of help can be offered, how people find or offer help, etc.

Thanks,
Mike
