I'm approaching charge off on 3 cards later this month. Two with Chase, one with Wells. For background: I was able to get a 45% offer submitted to Wells on a balance of $12.5K. Offered to pay it all in one payment so we'll see how that goes. Should know by Sat. Chase was moving along nicely on both cards (% coming down over time) but have hit a road block over the past two months. I'm stuck at 40% on a balance of $15.5K and 30% on the second balance of $5.5K. Charge off for both cards is March 30. Anyone dealt with these guys lately and have anything to share?

Just wanted to thank y'all that have helped me! I have now gotten two of the seven pdl companies to send letters saying my accounts were at a zero balance and I have had two full paychecks to catch up my other bills that was falling behind. I seriously would have still been loosing sleep over this if it wasn't for y'all!!:D

These scumbags had me paged while I was at work and caught me completly off guard. I spoke to a representative and told them to remove my work number asap and to not contact me at work, nor to contact my friends regarding my personal matters. I let the scumbag know I had already spoken to the Department of Corporations, District Attorney's office and the FTC regarding them. He said he is trying to resolve this matter and doesn't understand why I contacted those agencies..... IDIOT!!!

Has anyone everyone ever heard of Plain Green Loans? Are they licensed to do business in the State of Ohio?

I have several payday loans out and an installment loan from western sky. i am having a hard time paying them. i live in Pennsylvania and have heard payday loans are illegal in my state. what happens if i just stop paying them? the amount i need to pay every payday is too much and i am falling behind on the house bills like electric and trash etc...help i dont know what to do!!

Hi everyone, My husband and I have been enrolled in a debt consolidation program ( Crusader Consumer Services ) for approx. 8 months. We have had poor communication with them over the past month and a half. This company promised that our settlement process would begin at 6 months. Not one account that we enrolled has been settled. We are being charged 15% for a service at this point and not having any relief on our end. We were told by the consolidation company they would settle ONE account at the end of the month. We ask these questions but do not get straight forward answers.

Hi guys, So my situation is this: I have 7 PDLs out, 1 store front and the rest online. I am banking with bank of america, but my acct is NSF so they will not allow me to close it until I can get my balance to $0.00. I've looked into debt consolidation programs but from what i've read here, they're bogus. What can I do next?

I received a call today at 10:28 from an unavailable number, stating that she was a process server and was going to be issuing me a summons to appear in court. She said that she had to go to court right now, and that she would serve me either tonight or tomorrow morning. She said that she couldn't give me any information about it, except that I could call ACS Legal Group at 1-888-317-2069 and gave me a docket number. I called and asked for the Legal Outsourcing Department, to which I spoke with Megan Oliver.
