Hi, I'm new, and yep, I suck. I took out some payday loans and I just would like some help with info pertaining to them. For White Hills, I originally borrowed $305. I had to file an extension for $91.50. After reading around on the board, I'm confused. I live in Ohio, and I read it's illegal for them to charge me an extension fee? So that $91.50 should be added towards the balance of the $305, correct? Same with Great Sky, who keeps harrassing me at work. I orignally took out $500, and now my balance is up to $650 with fees.

Does anyone have any suggestions for phone aps for finance? I've found several but I haven't delved into seeing what they're about. I'm horrible about tracking my money, I end up spending $3-4 here and there, and don't realize what I have to pay and what's coming out when. I made a spreadsheet based on each payday and what I need to pay, that seems to help, but as I pay something and erase it form the spreadsheet it subtracts that debit, then screws up the balance, so it's not a perfect system. Anyone have any good budget forms? thanks!

What can i do if i have a judgement from a lawyer who is no longer in business and may possibly be deceased? I need to get the judgement either settled or preferably vacated but have no way of locating him. Thanks

I need some help. This forum has been a wonderful assett to me and I know need some input. My husband received a call from his HR person where he works stating that Mrs. Jenkins had just called and told her that he would be served either today or tomorrow with a summons for something. My husband called her back and she proceeded to tell him that he had a court case of Nov. 2nd and gave him a docket number. She also told him that he would be served papers at his place of employment. He called me very MAD about this woman.

A collector by the name of Gretchen Lewis keeps harrassing me by calling constantly. She does not leave the name of the company, blocks the phone number, and when I asked for the address to send a letter to desist, she told me she was going to send a constaple to my house and hung up. I have no other number but her direct line. When I told her last week, the debt had expired for collection, and that it had been removed from my credit file, she called back and told me to check Palisades on my file that it was still there.

I have received a call from Ameriloan. I had trouble with these guys a long time ago and they are calling now stating that I need to get ahold of them before 9pm tonight to avoid a verification call in the morning. What does this mean? I can't find any of my information from previous contacts with them, but I do know that I filed a complaint with the AG's office in their state and mine.
