Do you need the previous year's tax receipt to file the current tax? Is my present tax in any way dependent on my previous year's tax?

Hello. I am new to this forum, and I hope I am in the right place. About three years ago, I took out an installment loan with Radiant Cash. They are a tribal loan company based on the Lac Du Flambeau reservation in Wisconsin. Their website sates "RadiantCash Loans are offered by Ishwaaswi, LLC dba RadiantCredit. Ishwaaswi, LLC is a Native American owned business created by and for the Lac Du Flambeau Band of Chippewa Indians, a Federally Chartered Sovereign American Indian tribe. RadiantCredit is operated on the Lac Du Flambeau reservation located in Wisconsin." I live in Virginia.

Mr. Dan, I am trying to consolidate a couple thousand bucks worth of payday loans in to one loan. The company I am working with id requesting that I close my checking account entirely to continue with them. Is this typical in this situation.?

What are the warning signs of a tax identity-theft?

Can a credit card company increase the rate if there's outstanding balance on a card? I have a card with BOA with $9000 balance. I think that they have increased the rate of interest from 5% to 7%. I think the interest is charged on the remaining balance. so, last month, while calculating I found that the interest has increased. Can they do it?

I took out a $2,000 loan from a company named Q Credit and have paid back the initial 2k but I am unable to continue making payments. I reside in FL and wanted to know if anyone else here has dealt with this company and their legitimacy. Before I authorize my bank to stop any future payments to them I was wondering what to do first or what can I expect from them. Any help greatly appreciated :)

Who can file income tax returns for free?

I took out a $2,000 loan online through Q Credit, I reside in Florida. I've already paid back around $1,900 of the original amount borrowed and can no longer afford this payment. I cannot find much info regarding how legit Q Credit is, does anyone else here have any dealings with them? Any or all help greatly appreciated.

The debt management company has helped me to pay off 2 credit cards. Only one credit card is left. Can I leave the program and work out a repayment plan midway? Do I have to pay anything for that?
