i currently have 6 loans out with cash central,cashnet,ameriloan,sure advance that also goes by national advance services, instant payday loan and go cash llc. I want to make sure these are illegal, i have looked on texas department of banking and office of consumer credit commission and found not listing for any of these. What is my next move? I already have one collection agency calling for payment.

Hi, I was served in nov 2010 by JDB. Also listed was "John Doe" as my husband. I filed MY reply, response to interrogations, and a arbitration date was set. 1 week before the arbitration dat, JDB states they never served my husband and arbitration date was moved back 10 days to allow for him to be served. He was served July 1st (still as john doe) and we had arbitration on July 5th. He did not file a response with the clerk of courts but we were both listed as defendants and awarded judgement in our favor (in both of our legal names).

Hi There, I took out a loan a few years ago with Med*Choice, which I believe is through World Financial Network National Bank (WFNNB). I believe I'm now 6 months delinquent on the account. I have been making payments, but they have not been for the full amount that they have been asking a month. What originally started off as a $5k loan is now up to $6k. Obviously I'm getting no where.

My husband made monthly payments to ALLSTATE to pay off his pdl from Check N' Go but has never received any paperwork from them. Only reason he made these payments was because he was told that he had a warrant for his arrest and if he did not agree to these payments they would go over that same day and arrest him. Did he make a mistake by doing this? Thank you.

I have a payday loan in which my account has been turned over to collections. I have tried to contact the number given to me for collections and it does not work. I have called Huskawk group LTD and asked to speak with someone from collections and all they can give me is a email. I have emailed and received nothing back. I live in Maryland and would like to know how to proceed with this matter.

hello wednesday i was called by a collection agency about a hospital bill for $11,700 from 2005.in 2010 i received a letter stating i owed this money so when i contactd the agency originally in 2010 i was told what the bill was for.I was under the impresion emergency medicaid paid the bill because when i was in the hospital i applied for it and was told by the social worker i would get it based on my salary at the time. well turns out i didnt get it and 5 yrs later i owe $11,700. 2010 was a bad yr for me and this thing just was pushed to the side to be honest.
