Hi: I recently received a car loan from Wells Fargo and have successfully set up my account and received a letter confirming the loan. Today, I get an email from that looks real and says there is a problem with my account and to click on a link and give them an ID number they referenced in the email. I am not going to answer it, do others believe this is a scam of some sort? thanks

Last spring, I ended up in the emergency room for something that turned out to be very minor. Since I was uninsured, I paid the bill myself. By the time I relocated in October, I had everything settled--or so I thought! I heard nothing: no letters (forwarded or otherwise). No phone calls. No one at my door.

Good Morning: A few months ago, i took out a loan with ABC Payday loan. Unfortunately, I ran into financial difficulties and have not been able to pay them. On last week i spoke to one their representatives, and we were trying to work out a payment arrangement. The payment arrangement was okay, but they wanted a big downpayment to bring the loan current. I told her that I could not do the downpayment, could the monthly payments i could do. I am on social security disability.

Hello Community, I am from New Jersey. I too am on the same boat as many. The following loans have been taken out, however, my entire check will go to fees and not my bills. I am anticipating in closing my account and sending letters as well as paying off the ones I owe with a different payment method than ACH debits. Is this a good move? My credit has gone up by 70 pts and I don't want to ruin that progress. Another option I heard of was using cfsaa.com. Has anyone used them? Are they legit? I have little time to make a decision and not sure which way to go. HELP!

 

Medical bill summons Michigan w/ incorrect information

I'm such a lucky girl to receive my first summons and complaint for medical bills :rolleyes: I guess they had been searching for me since May (I moved twice since then and had a PO Box). I was wondering what steps should I take next. At the top of the paper, it states "Summons and Complaint w/ verified account stated complaint" but the financial authorization paperwork is not mine. It is another patient w/ a different doctor. I do not remember anything about the out-patient visit or signing anything that day. Thank you for any suggestions.

I was talking to a friend of mine last night and somehow we started talking about why people don't get out of debt. I must admit because my mindset is so focused on staying debt free and helping other people become debt free I've been missing the reason why most people can't get out of debt... First he stated that he wanted to get out of debt by making more money. That's a solution to getting out of debt but it really doesn't work that way when people try to put it into action. Why?

Once I found out that oneclickcash.com was illegal to loan in the state of Alabama, I sent them the c&d letter. After about a week I hadn't heard from them, so I went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB. I received an email from the BBB stating that the company had replied to the complaint I submitted.

After finding out that OneClickCash.com was illegal to loan in the state of Alabama, I sent them the c&d letter. I never heard back from them so I filed a complaint with the BBB. I received notification from the BBB that the company responded to my complaint. Below is what they responded: [SIZE=2][/SIZE] To Whom It May Concern: We recognize this complaint as a response to information circulating the Internet. This information is full of mis-leading and inaccurate statements.

 

Help with Payday Loan Resolution- United Cash Loans, One Click & Integrity

Hello all, Currently I have three Internet payday loans from the following companies: 1. United Cash Loans - 5/20/2011 - Amount: $400.00 - Paid $360.00 2. One Click Cash - 6/23/2011 - Amount: $450.00 - Paid $135.00 3. Integrity Loans - 5/17/2011 - Amount: $600.00 - Paid $830.00 Monday I called my bank to have them block the ACH debits. They put a stop payment on the companies. They also provided the company IDs, United ID: 91B0289179 Integrity ID: M471768685 One Click Cash ID: 1202446965 I have been reading through a lot of the posts here.

 

Finance Companies

I live in Georgia and have a couple of loans with local finance companies. Due to financial difficulties, I have been running a month behind and they are harrasing me relentlessly even though I have told them that I won't be able to make my next payment until I get paid. Is there anything that can be done to stop the phone calls and how many calls are they allowed per day before it is considered harrassment? Thanks for any advice.
