I had a collection call from a payday loan preson today that really upset me. I filed bankruptcy in Oct. of 2010 to save my home and he happened to be one that I included in the filing. He called me 17 times this AM and called me all kinds of curse words. I felt totally violated again. I gave him my lawyers name and told him to call my attorney and he said no you pay this. I told him to give me the fax # and I would send him the papers to verify the bankruptcy and he said by 5 this pm or I would be in great trouble and he would see to that. Any thoughts help??

CG Collections called a neighbor of mine and said I had listed their telephone number on a job application. My neighbor is an elderly woman who gave me the message and telephone number. Can they call people who have no involvement and manipulate them like that?!

This is what I received from them this morning. this loan was for 200 back in the year of 2007 I paid them 240 in fees I communicated with them via email to see if my loan could be paid in full throught the fees of 240 and never gotten a reply Im not paying them no 799 on a 200 loan.

how long does it take for cashcall to file suit on someone if they don't pay? Or do they do that at all? What if the loan originated with Western Sky and is now owned by cashcall?

i have been getting contacted by a debt collection firm in regards to a loan i have been unable to repay,lost job.i tried to explain this to the person i spoke with but it wasnt any concern to him.told person i wouls try to get funds together and establish some sort of payment at one time,this has fallen thru but i was being able to make a partial payment.the rep from firm i spoke with said he couldnt do that it was all or nothing.a bit of time went by and i contacted an attorney to discuss with them my predictament,upon getting a meeting and calling firm back to tell him i had legal represent

I was wondering how to go about asking creditors to remove negative info from my credit report. All accounts were paid last year(1 in full and 2 for settlement amounts). They are set to come off around this time next year, but I would like to attempt to have them removed ASAP. Thanks in advance!

i am a customer of preffered financial they told me not to responded to creditors they would handle everything received a card from sherriffs office in my door saying they have legal papers for me what should i do?
