Hello, I am a CA resident and took out an installment loan with SkyTrail cash a few months ago. It was originally for $400 and to date paying bi-weekly, I have paid back $514.14. Well, last weekSkyTrail offered me a deal where they basically loan me more money by carrying over my remaining principal balance from the current loan. Having missed 4 days of work and been sick and stressed about money, I leapt at the chance. On 11/24 they deposited $300 into my bank account. On 12/1 they will start bi-weekly deductions of $163. My current payoff is showing about $617.

I keep seeing that one should be aware during this shopping season. So, will it be a good idea to check credit reports after this season? It will come to notice if thyere's any fraudulent activity which I don't know about.

Do I need to inform anything to the bank if I swipe my cards during the festive season?

Anyone have luck getting a refund from Great Plains Lending? I'm about to submit my letter to them

Hello All, I am in Ohio and I am having major issues with Balancecredit.com (aka SunUp Financial). I have already checked and they are registered as a CSO in Ohio so i'm out of luck there. I have been making a payment of $50 a month since I defaulted in August. They would not settle with me, but they said they would accept my payments and my account would be fine as long as I made a payment each month. Then today I recieved an e-mail telling me I have to pay $637 by 12/17 or they will accelerate my loan and demand the amount in full.
