HOW EVER THEY RESUMED TAKING THE MONEY OUT AGAIN AND CURRENTLY OWE HER 25,000 DOLLARS THAT THEY HAVE WRONGFULLY GARNISHED FROM HER CHECK. I NEED TO KNOW WHO TO CONTACT AND WHAT TO DO TO STOP THIS FROM CONTINUEING. MY MOTHER LIVES ON A LIMITED INCOME AND CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN ANYMORE.

I am be haress by a payday loan company .i ask him to send me the paper work he said he would only if I paid him 300.00 that i owe .But the problem I don't know anything about it .they told mr it was put into my bank account but i got paper work saying and documentation it was not done. i got his number he told me he was going to sue me and it would cost 5000.00 i only work part time and he has been calling my work he krrp on i will lose this job like i have in the pass can you give me some help????

Where can I find out where my payday loan companies are located? I have Star Cash Processing, Ameriloan, One Click Cash, My Payday Any Day. I have found out that they don't have to be licensed in Arkansas but they are considered illegal since they charge over 17% interest. Should I send them a CDL or revoke the ACH notification to them? I am going to try and get my bank to stop any debit from them but I have heard that banks don't like doing that because you signed a document and agreed to the terms. Anyone have suggestions on this.

I got a call from 810-844-1072 this morning (four calls actually) and 2 voicemails. It is a Mary Burns who says she needs to verify my address and place of employment in order to serve me. The number she asks to call is 888-530-3668. She never says what the company name is but I saw a post on here that it is called Worldwide Collections. Do I ignore or return the call and ask for debt validation? If this is legitimate, is this how it really would go?
