Has anyone ever had luck with dealing with RJM in terms of a Pay for Delete or anything like that??

In Texas they do not allow wage garnishment for certain debt but they do allow a bank levy. Can a person in Texas then bank with Delaware, who alledgedly does not allow any bank levies with the exception of taxes. Is this true about Delaware ?

I have not figured out how I have done this yet, I used to be a smart man with multiple multiple college degrees. Now I am to the point of taking payday loans to cover payments on payday loans and I have no idea what to do at this point other then have a mental breakdown. My current total is $9394.99 in payday loans $618.00 is with a store front lender here in VA the others are all online. The payments are now well over my paycheck and I am now behind on rent, utilities, daycare, and car note.

I received a letter awhile ago from a law firm referring to a medical debt. I seriously do not recall the debt and it's not on my credit reports by the original creditor they stated or by the law firm. I sent a DV letter within 30 days of receiving their letter. I sent mine certified and tracked it. USPS says it was delivered. I haven't heard anything since their first letter. How should I proceed? Do I need to wait and keep and eye on my CR? Are they legally obligated to respond to the DV request in a certain amount of time? Thanks!

:(:-xI never received any papers or anything from this company but, just received an email on my credit monitoring company claiming that this company filled a judgement with my name on it when I do nto even know who or what these people or company are or do. Is this legal to falsly file judements on poeple who have never dealt with them. According to the BBB this company has a record of complaints and false judgements. any input would be appreciated.
