my sister called me today and told me a pay day loan collector called her to inform her of my debt. I call that 888 number back. They said it was from global group lending intended to collect the pay day loan. I did not admit to the loan but asking them nicely for their addresses. The lady yelled at me, accused me, tell me to shut up and hung up on me. So i called back like 15 times. again she yelled at me with her nasty attitude and told me to stop calling her. she is mad ghetto. she called my 2 references and i asked her not to call them. so she tell me to shut up and hung up again.

Yes I got a call from NRS saying that I need to call 8777179946 and gave me a case # states that I am being ordered to go to court to go to court but could not tell me what is was about said I needed to call them and I had up until two hours to call

I live in Ct and recently fouind out that payday loans are illegal in this state. I currently have 6 payday loans out that I have defaulted on and I am not sure how to go about paying them off or what to do if the pdls are in fact illegal in CT. what does this mean for me and how can i handle this?

I have recently checked my credit report and saw two civil claim judgements on it. One was filed in Jan'06 and the other was filed in July'08. The status on these two debts was "Civil Claim Judgment" and the details were "This item is scheduled to continue on record until Jan'13 and Jul'15 respectively. My question is what should I do as the next step, Can I leave it alone and let assume it will be dissappear in 4-5 years. If I did that will there be somebody knocking on my door and take me to jail or wait for me at the airport while checking in??

I have refinanced my mortgage in 2009 at 5% for 30yrs. I have about 25,000 in credit card debt and I cannot consolidate all my credit cards because I have no equity in my home. Would it be a good move to try and settle this debt with a reputable debt settlement company where attorney's get involved to lower the amount owed? I know my credit will take a hit for this. Do I have any other options?

However, I can't seem to get any information on payment schedules and/or fees without giving them my banking information (on their online form). I took a loan from speedy cash and now its on collections and I already check my credit history and it already shows on my score. Should I pay them back or not. It looks like now that they report my information to transunion thats gonna stay there for about 7 years. Im trying to figure out if I do pay it off its gonna help me in the long run or I should leave it the way it is since it has already show on my credit report Thank you,

After telling me yesterday that they would not accept money orders or prepaid visa cards. I told the gentleman yesterday I was already working with my Director for my States Banks in regards to them not being licensed in our state and therefore being illegal. The gentleman calls today a lot nicer, I explain I have had identity theft hence why my account is unaccessible(he even asked if I had filed a police report) and he said I could pay the full amount today using a prepaid visa or we could work out payment arrangements.

I have had two NSF from Advance Me Today. Evidently they are based out of Costa Rica and I live in Missouri. Now they are calling my work leaving horrible messages. And I called them back on my cell number and told them not to call my work again, that I would work an arrangement out with them. He just screams (name is Paul) at me and at one time told me he was going to call my employer and let them know that I was using my work email address as a contact. I guess in hopes to get me fired. I don't know what to do. I can't get the guy to calm down long enough to talk to him.
