I'm past due on all my accounts, but not quite enough to talk much about settlement yet. But I'm wondering about something. A few of my creditors have suggested that I should file bankruptcy. A couple of them were actually being pushy about it, trying to talk me into filing right away. Why would they do that? Has this happened to anyone else? When they ask (and they have been the ones to bring it up in the first place), I tell them I have met with an attorney, but I'm trying to find an alternative. Then they say there's no reason to wait, and I should go ahead with it.

Was hoping someone could help me. I live in Arizona and have some internet payday loans that I am still owing from last year. I had gotten into such a mess with them to the point where my bank closed my checking account. The companies have been harassing me at work and when I ask for them to send give me an address where I can mail a payment they tell me that I would need to have debit card or checking account so they can debit the account for the payment. Today, I received a call from the Eva Smart from Capital Group summons and processing regarding a claim received in her office.

I have been paying a collection agency that represents PYOD LLC for 2 years now. for several payments 50 dollars per month, then 75 per month for 4 months. now they want 100 to 200 per month. and this woman from Mercantile Adjustment bureau. She couldn't even tell me what my debt was when i first began making payments, but i have documentation of a much lessor amount and they accrued interest every month up to 8,000 dollars. should i stop paying payment until descrepency on the total amount is resolved? or even pay PYOD directly?

Can you please help me, I am purchasing a vehicle from a dealer and my report shows that i have a collection with your company, it shows consumer dispute credit report but I need more that i need it take off from the credit bureau and als a letter from ur office that this is not my account. Please help me!!!!!

I am reporting the Star Cash Processing . They illegally made a deposit into my checking. I was dealing with Gateway Holdings Group(which was a huge mistake) and Star stole the info. I believe Gateway also to be a fraud.

I am getting calls from Jason Winters of First Capital Recovery about a file that is on his desk attached to my social. He has called twice and quoted the date of the first call which was 04/27. I havent received anything in the mail from this company and dont find anything on the web about this company..Anyone have any info?

I have been playing phone tag w/ this company for well over a month now! Back in February I had looked into getting a loan w/ Check 'n Go, but decided against it due to the fact I wouldnt have the budget to pay it back all at once. A couple days later I started receiving emails from SMS Group saying my loan was approved and they just needed confirmation. I replied to 1 email saying to Stop that I never had even heard of them etc...

I just saw LVNV funding on my chapter 13 statement and I have no idea who they are and what debt is being paid.
