Can I get Beacon Finance/Lending to refund any money from finace charges? I got a loan for $200.00 roughly 4 months ago. I have been paying $89.00 every pay period twice a month. If you do the math, you'll see that I have been paying WAY MORE than the loan. Also, how do I get any other contact info for Beacon besides a phones number?? I call Capital One today, they told me it was charged off 3k 4-14-2011 all the time I have been talking to them they said charge off was 4-30-2011, now they wand 2k to settle the account. Back in December I noticed withdrawals on my account of 90.00. I checked all my bank statements and they had been debiting this 90.00 every 2 weeks, prior to the debits, they deposited 300 into my account, which I didn't notice/ wasn't expecting, because I did not knowingly apply for this loan. I got the 800 number from my bank for SSM Group LLC. I called them and asked them when it would be fully repaid. They said that it would be repaid when I authorized them to debit 300 from my account. They had already taken 450.

As the same with all the other complaints, NCW has been calling me for about 3-4 weeks daily. They have threathen to have me thrown in jail, garnish wages, judgement, etc... They said I owed $800 to Advance America back in 08. I told them if I owed this debt to show me prove, because I am willing to pay anything I owe. They sent me a letter that they typed up saying that I owe this amount. I emailed them back as well as called them to let them know that this is not proof that I owe, I would like a copy of the check, signed contract, or something in that form.
