what is statue of limitations on aell phone bill

Nelly, Like many people today I am struggling to pay my bills. I have been unemployed for ten months and have numerous deb problems. I had to contact Central Credit Services, INC. in Jacksonville, FLA because of account problems. Someone had stolen my bank card and used it illegally and so I had to put a hold on the account from which I make my payments to CCS. When I spoke to Bob somebody or other he started telling me I was "not trying to get a job hard enough, that he didn't believe that I was unemployed and that I wasn't being aggressive enough in dealing with my debts".

We need a bill consolidation loan. This would be to combine the nortgage on a 2nd home and some personal debt ie. credit cards etc.

Several years ago Judgments was entered against me by a credit card company. There were (3) law firms involved. I paid the amount agreed upon by all (3) and received letters of Judgments satisfied. The credit bureau and credit card co. have refused to remove these Judgments even though I provided them copies of the letters. This is ruining my credit. How can I get them removed

on my credit report it states that I owe verizon 109.00. However when i called someone from AFNI; they stated that I owe for two bills. One bill was for 109.00 and the other was for 129.00. Why is this collection agency charging me twice for one account.

Good Morning, I have a delima and need assistance. MRC recievables got a judgement against me in 2008. I did not get a summons to go to court but recieved ganishment let from work explaining a ganishment was attached due to the judgement. I am unclear if this was paid off with ganishment or not. I am trying to find the telephone number to MRC recievables or information on how to contact government agency regarding the judgement so it can be removed from my credit. Please advice.

I have 3 student loans with American Education services, and while 3 are in good standing I have one that is defaulted... after contacting the original creditor, American Education Services, and then the guarantor, and getting calls from a company called Conserve i pieced together that that is where my loan is. I called to try to set up a payment plan, but was told I could not set up a payment plan until I either paid one payment of 892 or 2 payments of about 446. Or I could settle for 7500. I haven't received anything in writing.

Dear Nelly I have sent payments towards my balance I would like to know what my current balance is. I never get any statement regarding this matter which I would like to recieve via email at PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED for my records. i received a letter that i hadbeen approved for card but i have never received the card i have called three times the last time i called on april 11 2011 and the lady told me i would receive the card in 7-10 days it is now april 26 and i still have not received the card i would like to know why i have not received it
