what can I do for to pay off 1600$

I live in Texas. I received one of those checks in the mail from Regional Finance of Texas in December 2009 for 1200. I went in to get a little extra money in August 2010 and receive $300 and they "renewed" my loan. I was never told that i would have to repay all the interest that i had already paid on my previous loan of 1200. In december 2010, I received another check in the mail for $1200, giving me a total of 2 loans, same company. In April 2011, i went to pay off both loans and to my surprise, I still owed $1,000.00 on my first loan.

Looks like I spoke too soon. I settled with BoA and got a confirmation letter and such but apparently made a mistake in allowing them to automatically withdraw from my account (NOT a BoA checking account). They not only withdrew the agreed-upon amount (I opted for a payment over time with them as opposed to the lump-sum that I did with others) for the first payment BUT I discovered that FIA Card Services, a BoA-owned company, authorized a check for THEMSELVES out of my account for $350! I am amazed at the audacity. Too late to do anything about it tonight but tomorrow is another story.

Hello, I don't owe this company any money. They continually call my house at late hours. I have told them the person they are looking for doesn't live here and they continually come back with rude statements. This has been going on for a month. I am so calm with them and they constantly tell me how I'm yelling at them and that is why they are being so rude. I WANT THE CALLS TO STOP. They say everytime that they have deleted the number but they don't. What can I do?

I accepted a payday loan on 1/27/11 for $200 all done over the phone from Brighton FNL direct pay. I am now up to $534 in repayment. I have never recieved the contract or the info they were suppose to send me thru the mail. I am unable to locate them on the internet. I want to stop paying because I feel this is never going to end. :rolleyes:I had a loan with them in 2007 and according to my bank records it was paid off March 2008. I am now being hounded by Vandenberg Chase our of GA, but they are using a Utah phone number. I have received two voice mail messages from Mr. C. R. Jones stating he will be at my home on tomorrow to serve me with a summons. To avoid the summons I need to call 1-877-348-3599. What do i need to do?

I did not have any contact with the CA until the court date. There is already a case filed. Is it possible to still cease and desist and request to deal with only the creditor at this point?

Do any of the pay day loan consolidation companies really work? I have probably 8 to 10 PDL on the internet right now and financially i can't keep up. I have talked to my bank and they just keep paying them. My account is overdrawn right now so I stopped the direct deposit. They told me they can't stop the ACH payments and that I need to contact the company that is debiting my account.
