So can a Key Bank Alternative Loan (which is a private loan) be discharged in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?

Star Cash Processing deposited 350.00 jin my account. I dont know who they are or why it was put in there. I attempted to have my bank reverse the draft but they were unable to. So I closed the account and opened a new one now they are threatening me with check fraud, along with federal charges of money laundering. How they found me Im not sure but I have tried to explain and now they want my new account number to withdraw the money.

what steps to i need to take to get the loan? what steps do i need to take to improve the home? how do i go about leasing out the house?

I have paid back the money owed to BOA, talked to the manager making sure once I did that I could open a account, he assured me I could, also deposited a large amount of money in the account, then 3 days later they closed it saying I am to high of risk.

I paid a $117.37 debt. to them. 3 months later another collection agency is calling me. Stating the debt was never paid (direct-tv). I have tried calling them on all the numbers listed but there either busy or disconnected. They screwed my credit, I am now pissed off. What can I do!!!

Here is the quick story-I had a loan with Loan Point USA princp. amount $300 and have paid back over $600.I sent them the letter found here-they continued to debit my account. My bank was really nice and we closed my account . And set my other account to return any over drafts unpaid and I keep very little money in it. I live in KY and they do not recognize ANY internet lenders as legal-KY does not even enforce the principle. I have contacted the BBB and the State Attny. The BBB said LP would not respond. This all happened 30 days ago.

After paying off the debt through Oxford, I have asked for a letter stating so, which their representative Tanair Murphy said that they will send. I have not received the letter and their numbers are now disconncected. I called the toll free # 800-982-6096. Any suggestions..

I have a letter of collections from Alliance Asset Management who is representing Cash Direct Express (aka GECC). They claim I owe $778. It was for a $400 loan which I have already paid back $530. They are NOT licensed in the State of Texas. Anyway, I never contacted them, and I received this letter: This is an important notice. Your delinquent account has been placed with Alliance Asset Management, Inc. for collections. Per the terms of your agreement with our client the balance in full is due.
