I applied for a payday loan this morning with Payment Direct Online. Afterwards I realized they had no website and I could not get to my loan documents anywhere. I then started getting nervous. I typed their name into google and this website came up. I found the number 888-696-0090 and an email address in a thread. I sent an email immediately saying I wanted to cancel it. I didnt hear anything. A while later I called and got an automated menu to choose from. A rep got on the phone. It sounded like an african american male voice. I told him I couldnt get any info on the loan.

I have been contqact my a mr. Eric miller he claims that he works for the justice department in austin texas ..he told me that i took out a ppayday lone in dec 2010 and did not repay it...tis is not true..i never took a aloan and my banking statements can prove this there is no deposit or wire transfer nothing going back 7 months..the bank manager and i went through each tranasaction from the day in opened the acct. It has taken me days to get a superviosr name only to find out that the is no kevin mathhews located in austin texas.

why do these PDL companies and the so-called companies that represent these PDL companies, they continue to tell me that they do not have to abide by my North Carolina state laws? is there some kind of loophole that they have found to get around the state's laws? also, has anyone had to deal with [email]Lamarr@nationwidecash.com[/email]? he continues to send me email and call me at work, he refused to give me a mailing address. I am wanting to send him certified mail asking for validation of the loan and a cease and desist letter. Will it be as effective if I email him these letters?

Hello all, Well I am new to forums and posting in general. I have read and looked over a few threads to get the feel and try and find the proper one on my own but did not have much luck. would someone tell me why a collection agency on my credit report listed as Midland Credit Management has their address and phone number listed, but when i called the phone number it was for a window treatment, blind and design company. I found that odd. You would think that their contact information would be correct. Right??
