So I contacted them through email with the letter and information and they called me yesterday stating that they got my email and wanted to know what was going on and that i owed money. Unfortunately when I closed my account the first payment of 75.00 had not gone through yet I had a previous loan info below.

Hi, I have been getting calls from Allied asking for my daughter, reason not explained. When I ask if I can take a message, they just say " we'll call back". I have 7 payday loans. All internet based. The principal is 2125 and I'm paying 656.50 in interest and fees every two weeks. I'm in way over my head. What can I do? What happens if I stop paying them?

I have been called 3 times by this agency at 8:00 AM. All they say is that they are a debt collection agency. I did get the Company Name and found out it was over a so called bill to AOL for $65.80. I have never recived a bill form AOL period. I cancelled my AOL account three years ago but have kept the free E-mail account. I called AOL and they have been reciving $11.99 per mo from my Discover Credit Card and that was all that I owe. I have had AOl some type of srevice for 11 years.

Hi, has anyone here heard of Fox Enterprises payday loans? the man Tom was nice enough but insists he will charge me the full amount and states the 270 dollars in "fees" I have already paid don't count. I am about to send him the letter about the payday loan being illegal in Massachusetts. any suggestion/advice about this company?

Hello all! First, for those who have been following my story, I do have a little update that is a bit of good news! After sending Certegy/Check Again copies of the complaints that I had sent to the FTC, BBB and SC Dept of Consumer Affairs regarding Mypaydayloan illegally lending to me in SC, I received a response today that they had decided to remove my name from their files and have restored my check writing privileges!!!! Woo-hoo! That is one victory! Ok, so now to my question.
