If I had a van repo 8 years ago...How do I remove it from my credit report? can any one help?

My fiance has a checkered credit history due to layoffs. She has 8 charged-off credit cards, with most major card issuers, none of which has above a $2,000 charge-off balance. The date that she last paid any creditor was March, 2008. We are in Washington state. The Statute of Limitations on Open Accounts in WA is 3 years. However, my research is unclear when this begins.

I need to get an unsecured loan in the amount of $60k. This amount would pay off about 12 exisiting loans. My husband and I have good credit. We pay our payments, and on time, but are not getting ahead. We need to see light at the end of this tunnel. We don't want debt recovery, just a reorgization of the debt. Would like to work with one lender/person. We need a good,fair apr and want a 5-6 year plan. We are in CA.

So now, I'm getting calls from these folks saying "this is concerning an upcoming court hearing." Really??? These are the ones that I have argued with over tribal laws. I've sent 2 to 3 notices of the "ach revocation" and stop calling notice. I'm just going to ignore these calls but had to tell my employer not to give out any information due to fraudulent activity. By the way, I borrowed $350 and have already paid $455. So no I don't owe them anything. I have filed complaints with BBB, anywhere else you can think of?
