I received a call from 855-268-4194 this morning and they left a VM that there is a case about a bad check against me. So I called the number back because I know I have no bad checks out. and they proced to tell me that they suing me for a bad check to a PDL Everett from 11/09. So I asked for validation to their claim because I have handled all my PDL's at this time. She proceeds to tell me she does not have to provide me with anything and that she was mailing me a court supena to my address. What I am needing here is does anyone have any information on this company?

How can you stop them from hitting on your credit!!! Have done it for the last 4 years for a debt collection that is over 10 years old!!!!

Hi, I am currently paying on 4 separate loans totaling around $60,000- I would very much like to consolidate this debt- I AM NOT a homeowner and I am currently collecting unemployment (NJ) but I am still managing to pay more than the minimum amount on each of these loans- I have good credit- in the mid to upper 700's My goal is to maybe get a 10- 15+ year loan and pay around $500- $600 a month Is this even possible???

I am being harrassed by Allied ~ I was issued a parking ticket ~ for a license plate that had been turned into the DMV 2 years prior to the ticket. I paid the $55 ticket to get the DMV off my back. Now Allied is calling to collect $69 or they will go to collection, etc. How do I resolve this matter?

So, I've been getting calls lately from Hanna and Associates. After doing research on this site, I see that they are notorious for entering illegal judgments against folks without them even knowing about a summons. I haven't gotten anything in the mail from them yet. How should I handle this? Should I contact all of my original creditors and see if they have sold off to them and complain about harassment and illegal collection practices? Should I just sent Hanna a debt validation (which I hear quickens their lawsuits)?
