I reieved a call from an (investigator) for a online payday loan company. He threatened Me with prosecution for hot checks. at the time that i took out the loan i had every intention of repaying it. Unfortunatly the job i was working at cut my hours and then i was laid off for an idefinate periob of time. I called and told the loan company and explained my problem,i also told them that the money was not going to be in the bank. They said that they were going to send it in anyway. After 4 times of resending i had to close the bank account.

I am getting sick and tired of getting letters from you people for a person that DOES NOT LIVE AT MY ADDRESS!!! DAMN IT! I have sent those letters back and i have faxed you damn people! My name is . has anyone been sued over non payment on this company, I just got a phone call from a "law firm" for non payment. they have taken plenty of payments and I can not get hold of anyone at the company.

Hello all, I currently have six outstanding payday loans, 5 of which I have drastically overpaid on already. I've been trying to pay them off, but it's finally caught up to me and I can't do it anymore. After carefully following the helpful advise on this site, I closed my bank account and sent letters to all of the lenders to stop all ACH payments from my account. I am now starting to get responses back.

I have been done with most of my pay day loans. They have all pretty much been taken care of except for one that is with elastic.com. I haven't heard from anyone except the typical calls from Ameriloan. (I am job security for someone. They can keep calling, I am not picking the phone up for them bottomfeeders) Well I get a letter from NCA National Credit Adjusters in the mail today stating that I owe them $471.00 for a loan that they purchased from Loanpoint USA.

:mad:They have a new phone number- 877-598-6039. I just spoke to a supervisor as they have been calling my cell phone. Apparently in this case, they had the wrong phone number. The calls have been daily. I have put them on a block call list and instructed them I will sue if they call again, since I was speaking to a supervisor at the time.:mad:

I have been behind my payments from last 2 months...and still unable to make the payments. for another month. Shall I work with a consolidation company? or just speak with my creditors?

I filed Chapter '7' Bankruptcy in 2006. In the last '2' years we have been through medical and financial problems. I have been layed-off from work for over a year. We are presently '4' months behind in mortgage payments. I called my attorney and mortgage company to get a copy of the affirmation agreement. nobody has one. According to my credit reports, my mortgage account is closed and no balance. I tried to get on the SAVETHEDREAM government program, but was denied, because of what is on my credit reports.

Does anyone have any information as to where you can file a complaint regarding huskhawk? I've sent them the ach revocation letter twice and closed my account. Today I get an email with new loan documents adding 300 dollars to the amount that I agree that I owe them (the principal amount only). I've filed complaints with the BBB with most of these companies but not sure how you can do that if they're located outside of the states. Does anyone have any information of successfully dealing with them?
