We got a loan from another company that was legite, but somehow yhis united cash loan place has got my personal info and they are threaghtening me, calls at work, lawsuits threaghtened and robbing my account we put a stop payment i\on my account and they still took 485.22 out of my account. Has anyone been sued by this company for old debt? I recently got a collections letter stating I owe twice the debt about (due to their fees) and that my account has not yet been viewed by their attorneys. The debt is from 2006. I have since lost my job and got divorced. I am now a college student. I own Nothing. What could they possibly do to me or take from me??
