I've been following alot of threads on here and have took the advice of cancelling my bank account and sending cease/revoke letters. I took out a $350 loan and the payments that i made to them paid off the loan. I live in NJ and by seeing threads on here, 500 Fast Cash is illegal to lend in my state. received in the mail pre-approval for firstnational bank, can not find the application on the computor, have looked everywhere, where can I fill out form.

I have 4 payday loans of $500.00 and an installment loan of $2500. I don't ever roll over the payday loans because it is cheaper to pay them off and take it back out again. This month I am unable to make the $860 payment on the installment loan. My question is does this pertain to me: See MO state guidelines below. "Upon each renewal...."?

I have been getting what I am sure are scam phone calls from people with heavy accents stating that me or my attorney need to call them back blah blah blah and if they do not hear from me all they can do is wish me luck and she even had the nerve to say "God Bless You" at the end of the message.

i recieved a call from the above number and it was from hansen and assoc....never have i heard of these folks, they said they were calling about a case against me me...i am in pa and the call was from ohio....any help would be great

I work seasonal and off commission here in ohio, can my check be garnished when I don't get an hourly rate? basically if Im not doing jobs Im not paid
