I'll try and keep it brief. I am currently trying to get a loan modification from Chase to deal with my mortgage situation. It is now at the underwriters for a decision. I am about 11k behind but have been making modified payments for the last 8 months. I am current on my loan payments and car payments. I have about 40k in credit card and other unsecured debt. A few of the credit card companies have sold the debt to law firms such as Frederick J. Hanna and Anthony H. Rodriquez.

help! I had a ph call from a law firm saying they are taking legal action against me saying I took out a payday loan amnt of 300 from a place called CASH ADVANCE USA. they said they tried to take out of my bank acct 3 times amnt of 60 for interest and i never ever heard of them.. I have taken out payday loans and they are always paid in full with the first amnt due. Their phone number is 832-519-8180 ..and roy foster called saying to call him back at 315-215-0532 . i called and was 100% threatened with my supe at my job,., my bank my ssn they had to get this from other payday loans?

I just sent a letter to Magnum Cash Advance stating my business with them is over due to their being illegal in PA. They have sent my account to a CA called National Service Bureau. I wish to send them a letter as well stating I have overpaid them and they are trying to collect on an illegal debt. I wish to send via email first then fax if needed. I cannot seem to find an email address for them anywhere. Can someone provide? I also just sent a letter to Cash Jar stating they also issued an illegal loan that I have overpaid on. Has anyone had issues dealing with them?
