Has anyone ever received a PIF from East Side Lenders.? If so how did you do it?

These people called "First IRS" keep calling me. They think I owe them money--(I don't). I sent them a certified letter requeting debt validation. The letter sat in their P.O. box for about 2 weeks --they never signed for it, so the certified letter was returned. I do have all the reciepts that I mailed the certified letter to them, and the USPS has all the tracking records that the letter was delivered, but they never signed for the letter, so of course they haven't validated any debt. However, they do keep calling. How do I deal with these rootie booties?

I paid off my car about 9 months ago, but was informed of a $432 collection of accumulated late fees over the years. I had every intention of paying it off when I had enough money saved. Apparently, I waited to long and it went into collection. And I've not received my title. I recently received a letter from Capital Management Services, LP saying that I can settle this debt for $64.90. I almost paid the settlement via their website, but decided to search more on the topic of settlement offers. I know this debt is mine, so there's no question about it.

I have debt totally over 25000 and I have very litlle income. I need help improving my credit score becuase it is getting in the way of me finding employment. Can anyone help me find a good debt consolidator that can assist me.

Nelly, it is now clear that my doubt of this company is true...unfortunatly thay have been deducted $100 from my acount every month to settle a debt with BANK of America. Shortly after a I received a check for a credit of about .98 cents, saying that I had over paid on my account with BOA. This struck me as odd and starting to call the contact numbers and to no avail. I feel so violated by this company because I truly wanted to clear my credit and struggled to make sure that the money was there month after month.

they block their no. so it won't come up on my caller id and they don't leave a call back no. they directed me to this site. anyone have a ph no.?

I am going to keep a log on here of what happens as I go through this process of dealing with illegal PDLs. 11/12/10 emailed my payroll dept to inform them to prevent wage assignments. closed checking acct. and opened new acct. emailed all PDLs the form letters. I marked them so I got a delivery receipt and a read receipt. got one read receipt 11/15/10 received confirmation from payroll they will not honor wage assignment requests. phone call from loanpointusa 11/15/10.
