Ok so me and my partner own a kiosk and recently cannot make rent...but we found this out after writing the mall management their check for 7k for november.. We thought that we would have the 7k by the time the check cashes but that is not the case. We make around 4k a month on non busy months and so far in November we have made sales that are 1500 so far... we seriously cannot make rent!! I wish I did not give that check to mall management. Can I get into trouble for a bounced check even though that was not my intent?

I owe 3,000.00 in hospital bills. (Long story short-serious illness..expenisive long term meds...broke) The bill(s) went to collection,now I am being contacted via mail by some law office" they say they will start a lawsuit..I called them and only asked what would they accept for payments they said 375.00 a month I said I cannot pay that. They had me send them a financial statement. I did so, they sent a letter back saying they "require" 100.00 a month. I cannot afford that either, I have notr signed or agreed to any payment or plan at this point.

I have read multiple posts on your website regarding Pay Day One legally lending in the state of KY and there seem's to be conflicting information. Does anyone know if Pay Day One CAN or CAN NOT legally lend in KY? I can tell you that I borrowed over $500.00 which is the state limit and they do allow roll overs and additional funds to be lent when the payments are due. Any help would be appreciated.

first source advantage called me to setup payments because I was paying monthly and they can only accept so many payments and these people took out a monthly payment that I authorized ad a CHECK for the remaining balance of the account that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE what can I do to fix this....
