I crafted the letters from the samples you provide in the site and have already heard back from HSBC that they would like to speak with me concerning my correspondence. I am about 40 days past due right now. I am going with 400.00 as a settlement offer for HSBC and 2,100 as a settlement offer to Beneficial.

Three years ago I had a decent saving account and no credit card debt. Economy hit me first and then health issues and I am now 16k in debt with zero in my 401k due to paying part of medical. I am 28 yrs old. Partial of this does include an auto loan on a vehicle that is 5 yrs old. I considered trading it in for a lease to gain possibly three grand back as the car is getting up in miles. I make only 29k a year now and am struggling to make ends meet. I am at a point in my life where I would love to go back to college for a trade where I can make decent money again.

I have a garnishment which I am paying on.. a little background . The brother of one of my clients servied my employer with Garnishment papers. My employer called with a question on how to fill out the papers and this lawyer went into detail of why I have a garnishment against me and then told my empolyer he didnt know how to fill out the papers. Finally he got informtion and told my empolyer they had filled out the papers correctly.

My brother graduated from computertraining.edu 5 months before they closed. There was a Class Action lawsuit that included 14 states. It is done now and my brother missed out on it. It included "Graduates" because they were to receive continuing placement services after the computer training program. Is there any way to get his loan cancelled or forgiven because of this even though he was not part of the lawsuit? We are in Missouri and the complaint that I found was in Michigan but included other states so I don't know if he would have been involved in that one or not.

I joined a debt consolidation group two years ago and they notified all of my creditors. To this day Aspire has never contacted me or the debt consolidation company. All of the other banks have and have been settled. My credit report shows "CHARGE OFF" for Aspire. Do they just forget about trying to collect??

they just do not let up.. today they called my spouse's work (which is for local govt), and left a message. he called me within 10 minutes and i in turned called bofa...lady is a sr account rep ..the lady was very very rude and snappy with me within minutes after i got on the phone with her, so i started being snappy..she was demanding i pay x amount a month for 3 months running to avoid charge off, but we do not have any money left over to pay. she got even ruder.
