i need help / i am overloaded with check cashing loans

i have taken loans with abcpayday loan brighton financial . I have not defaulted on them. But are they legal in Ohio. ABC states that they do not give loans to OHio residents but they did. ALso they electronically signed my name. Do I have any recourse.

I recieved a call from a lady named Ms. Williams this afternoon at work stating that she was from this company and she was wanted to see if I wanted to settle a payday loan debt before they sent it to my county to see if I could be brought up on criminal charges for a hot check. I kind of knew something was wrong when the woman didn't state the " this is an attempt to collect a debt slogan" plus she used the term "hot check. I recognized the company she was speaking of but I recall paying that loan off last year some time.

If I made 1 payment to PRA 2 years ago and want to re-fi with my partner, but I am unemployed and this is showing on my credit report, how should I proceed on this debt?

How do i get a big loan to consolidate debts? I have tried to get home equity line but it is not enough to consolidate the debt.

Does anyone have any experiences with Star Cash Processing? And where are thesy located?? I had 5 prior PDLs that were on a bank account (that has been closed for about 3 months). but I thought initially there was a question of whether or not I actually signed the PDL document and sent it back. Also, i don't believe they are licensed in my state (Illinois) which would mean I'm only responsible for the principle ($350.00) Just curious how anyones else's experiences with them has gone.

??? hello, i cosigned for equipment for my ex a few years ago & now he hasnt paid the monthly amount due. Collection agency is now calling me to pay but i am unemployed. Can i sue the primary borrower? what action can the collection agency take against me?

Thanks for all the information that you have in this forum. I have a question and I think you all will give me the answer and guide me. Can you all tell me the exact meaning of the word 'rollover'? I have only one payday loan from Ameriloan for $ 250 and I have been repaying them for the last 5 months. Still they say that they owe $ 200 from me. I am from Oregon and I see that 2 rollovers are permitted in my state. I am sorry but I do not understand these terms.

I was working with a company to challenge things on my credit report, i am no longer with them, but I recieve letters in the mail from each of the bureaus and had a question about something with my report. It says that a charge off that i had a while ago is scheduled to come off my report in 09/11, also I had another charge off deleted from my report. what i was wondering is next year without these two charge offs on my report how much should my score go up and how long does it take for the score to go up. thank you for your help.
