how can I find out all my payday loans

I am currently, like others on here, in a bad situation. I ended up getting ill having surgery, losing my job, getting another job, then getting ill again. In the process of all this I fell behind on bills and in ordewr to get myself out ended up getting payday loans.

I have taken out a few check advances due to bills piling up, but until recently it has become too much, it is starting to be hard to even pay rent and buy food. I have borrowed from three places total: Michigan: Check N' Go: $482.00 Advance America: $342.00 Wisconsin: Check Advance: $313.00 Out of these places, I have re-paid and re-borrowed 3 times from Check N' Go, twice now from Advance America and have been paying the "roll-over" fees for Check Advance for 6 months now (roughly $60.00 every two weeks). I really just want to get this over and done with and move on with my life.

My credit score is 570. I have few negative listings on my credit report. My question is can I get a mortgage loan with bad credit? I need a loan urgently.

Can I file tax electronically even after 15th April?

My credit card was cancelled without notification or cause. They said I hadn't used it in 2 years but that was a lie when I asked them for the statements. I had $63 of fianance charges over 4 years. I was embarrassed because when I used the card it was declined. I had never been notified. Can I sue them for hurting my credit by canceling the card without cause and embarrassing me?
