do they take your whole paycheck and just give you an allowance?

Ok, now that I've closed my bank account and sent my C&D letters, I'm curious to here from others their experiences dealing with these PDL's. Just want to know what to expect. Ameriloan $850 (2 loans/one paid off)/paid $2475 Also, I have a $1800 loan with CashNet USA which is a CSO in MD.

I just had my bank account frozen by WWR, I never recieved written notice and was unable to defend myself. They claim they tried to serve me at an address that was 20 years old........help

for trying to get their debts settled or working it out with a collection agency. would like to ask those people if you had debts and could not pay them off cause you lost your job or house and had a mountain of bills what would you do. some of the people on here do not have any income other than unemployment or ssi or ssa. HI there, I have a question regarding collections and SOL. I had a credit card account go to collections in 2007. P and B Capital Group starting in on me at that time. I never requested debt validation and they just sort of went away. I had accounts with credit solutions (debt settlement company). Well I hadnt heard anything from them in 2 years. Now P and B capital is offereing a settlement of the account through credit solutions. Now neither one has called me or sent me anything in the mail. I got an email from credit solutions.
