I have two credit cards that are maxed and also a student loan. I would like to combined those debts into one low monthly payment ? Dont know were to start ?

I need to pay off my debts but have no money to do it and I have tried applying for loans only to be refused. Can anyone help?

A collection agency is trying to collect some money from me from an old payday loan I got from themabout 2 years ago. The payday loan company is unlisensed in my state--actually I overpaid the old payday loan company by about $700.00. I mailed a certified letter to the collection agency requesting debt valadation and also requesting no communication other than US mail. The collection agency never signed for the letter so now the certified letter is being returned to me. (The address was a P.O. box #) What do I do now?

Hi, I incurred cc debt when I was in states in 2003. In 2004 I moved out of states and paid min for 1 year and couldn't after and has no contacts since then with cc companies. I gave my friends address for my mail forwarding which is a mistake I did that. In 2007 my friend told me that a sheriff came to her door and asked about me, but my friend told him I don't live there and he left. Now yesterday My friend sent me an e-mail to me and she said I got a letter from collection agency and in that they have a court name and case# and it says they filed a law suit against me.

Has anyone had an appraiser come to their home for a Chap 7 filing? Our trustee sent a letter saying she doesn't agree with the value of the cars ans household goods. Lucky I found this board! Thanks for any info!

Have any dealt with Check Into Cash Just want to know about how they work when you go to collections I don't know if I been to collections yet no letters has been since and the phones call has die out I was suppose to pay on the finance charge in Aug 27th but I was unable to due to loss of job. And I was out town for that whole month of Sept. Now that is Oct and Oct is almost over I haven't heard anything from them Before I tried calling corp. to get an extension but they wouldn't let me.

I owe: Citi: 12K AMEX: 15K BofA: 15K Am about 10 months since last payment (no job, no savings, no house, no car, really no personal possessions - living with relatives), and I am currently out of the country. Is there a Template to use to write to payday lenders about making payment arragements or do you have to send out the cease & desist letter first are you can send out both Can anyone provide with a template I have 4 storefront loans in TX that I have all default on and now in collections. So I reside in the state of Michigan. I have sadly been in this horrid cycle for 4 years. I found this site and did some research. All the internet loans I have are not licensed in my state.

I stopped paying 9 internet payday loan sites. I did not close my bank account yet but i did send out 9 emails to the companies via one of the examples on this site. Only 3 have tried to contact me so far its been one week. I had my work stop direct deposit so i can get a paper check. I would like to know what the next steps are to keep the stress to a minimum. Please help.
