Every month or so I get a message about someone coming to serve me a my home or job. They say that if there are any guns or dogs additional charges will be filed. It is important that I call the plaintiff. Another one asks if I know the whereabouts of a defendant name of me to call a number. Don't these lowlife dumpster divers ever give up? I just ignore them. No one calls my land line except them and telemarketers who hang up. I never ever answer my land line.

Bank of America settled a class action suit for check reordering to collect millions of dollars in overdraft fees fees. Will people who were put into Chex Systems due to the enormous unpaid negative balances caused by this practice be able to get their name cleared? If so, how? Thanks

I have sent them all the letters, closed account, etc. I had overpaid on several loans, and they still want a balance for the latest loan. which the others covered several times over. I keep sending letters, filed complaints, any idea now what to do???
