ok, I closed by bank account and sent out letters to the companies explaining what what going on and how it is illigal, etc...the only company that has responded to me so far is Nationwidecash..below is what he sent back to me.. Let me get this straight. You have signed a contractual agreement that states you agreed to the terms of this loan and are not sending a letter stating what you will pay back and you will not comply with the terms of the agreement?
