Hello, I was wondering if you could tell me if impact solutions was a legal pay day loan company in Washington state. I had a loan with them that I thought was paid, but I have been sent to collections. Also, Ace Cash Advance i had a loan with them may 09 and still owe for. My dad got a call from a man who told him everything regarding why he was looking for me. I returned the call the next day, and was given an amount twice the original amount as well as a court summons. He said that ace cash advance was taking legal action against me if I did not pay today.

Several years ago I got into money problems and took out lots of internet payday loans. Now that my wif and I are back on our feets and have been going to finacial peace we started paying some of the old loans that I new of. The problem is now they have come out of the wood works I am gett 20 calls a day at work on cell at home and even friend I havnt seen in 20years. I have told them I need debt verification some have sent letters stating I owe but nothing else. Where do I go from here I am even getting calls for Items I know I have never had or done. Hey everyone! Yesterday I received a phone call from an unknown number stating this man was a process server from the court. He said he said someone had filed a lawsuit against me and he needed to serve me the papers. He told me if I called 1-877-404-8463 before the end of the day, they would send him a stop order to not serve me. He said if he did not receive the stop order, he would call me this morning to set up a time to deliver the court paperwork to me at my home or employer. He never called today.

I live in Texas. In 2005 I did a loan with a company, they call themself a mortage company, and they paid our property taxes for 2003 and 2004. I have paid them back $116 a month for five years. They have a tax lien on our home. Because of things done wrong when we refinanced in 2000, I have an attorney who has sued our loan service company. My husband was in the hospital for 28 days this summer, and I am behind on the tax loan. I owe probably $600, but the man has always been good about working with me.

My husband did a payday loan in January with MyCashNow. He renewed it three times, and when the fourth time came, he was in the hospital, and I totally forgot to make sure the funds were in his account. I did not go online to renew, so they tried to take over seven hundred dollars out in three parts. $250 did clear. About a month later, I made a $250 payment to Credit Protection Depot, and then, with all of the medical bills, was not able to send Credit Protection Depot the second amount they wanted.

I am currently recovering from a triple spinal fusion.....have many medical bills. They have sent the bills to collection. I do plan on being able to go back to work in December....I have been out of work since Feb. 2010. I will then begin to make payments. We have a pending Credit Card default lawsuit in court and made the first apparence yesterday 10/06/2010. Prior to the court date we sent a DV letter to the plaintif attorney (He sued us before the 30 days legally allowed by FDCPA to request the DV and we still sent the DV within 30 days) and it's been more than 60 days now and never receive any response in that regards. The day before the court date the attorney filed and and mailed to us a list of requested discloures about the credit card agreement, the statements etc...

I need help w/ 3 payday loans. Is it possible to consolidate them into 1 payment i can actually afford and avoid all the phone calls and love letters they will send? My first payment is due 2morrow (10/8) and i really can't afford it and don't want to have to get another loan. Any ideas?
