I have 2 loans with pay1day.com. I also have 2 loans with speedycash in texas. Website is speedycash.com. I took it out online, picked up from the store. I can't afford to pay anymore, i am losing so much money. I was able to pay off the other 3 loans i have out with other companies but i can't pay this anymore. I am planning on closing my account. I just need to know what steps to do and if i should contact them before or after? Are there letters to send before or after? Please let me know what steps to take. my loans are due to come out soon.

I just got a call from someone who stated that my paycheck would be garnished if I did not pay this loan from BMG. I have never heard of it and kept asking questions to which I kept getting different answers. How do I find out who to talk to about this. Will they really garnish my wages or are they just trying to get money out of me. I know this is not legitamate.

I keep getting called from this number and they claim to be a law firm, they are going to suspend my drivers license, etc. Totally unprofressional, he called today and said we have been waiting for you to call back and you haven't. I said I asked you to mail me documents last week when you called, he said oh yeah. Then today asked if he could email me instead because he forgot to mail them. I said fine. Then he just left a message asking where I work?

Got a letter from collecttion agency sayin a Bill Me Later from 2006 was unpaid. Don't know what it was for. They said they would settle for $77 when they were saying it was $311. When I asked to be shown what it was for they said if they opened it up it would automatically go back to the $311. The agency is Vision Collection. What is the best advice if they won't tell me?

OK, I am finally at judgment day on my finances. I can no longer afford to pay on my credit cards. Basically what put me in this situation is the following. Unemployed for a year then went back to work at 25% less. Then my partner went unemployed for 18 months and finally went back to work this summer making less than 50% of what he used to make. And to make matters worse, he works on commission so his income is not steady. We continued to live beyond our means using our credit cards, always thinking foolishly we would have the money to pay them off.

I have payday loans with the following companies: QXL Online Check n Go Ace Cash Express Check Into Cash I am no longer able to keep up with the trap and never ending cycle. I need to find someone to may these go away. Because they were interfering with my bills/life, I did have to close my account and open a new one. What are the next steps that I need to take with each of these lenders? How do I validate whether or not they are legal in Texas? For those that are legal, how do I handle not being able to pay all at once in such large terms? Can someone please HELP?? Thanks in advance.
