Hey Everyone, I currently have a balance of $10, 417 on my MBNA. The account has been closed by BoA and I'm now 60 days past due. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to keep up with the monthly payments due to unforeseen health issues which prevented me from working, therefore affected my income for 2.5 months. Now the minimum amount due is $1007 and there's no way I can afford that. What would be my first step in getting this taken care of? Would it be better to pay what I can or settle? Hello, I am in Illinois and I have two loans that I am trying to deal with. One is for PaYdAY Loan Yes and the other is for Fast Cash Advance. I have sent out my ACH revocations and my Wage Assignment Revocations. Payday Loan Yes i took out a $350.00 loan and have paid back $315.00 in interest fees. I know that i do still owe them $35.00. Fast Cash Advance I took out a $250.00 loan and have paid back $85.00 in interest fees. I know that i still owe this company $165.00 as well. So far i was getting no response as to how to pay the money that I owe.

SO I TALKED OVER HER AND TOLD HERE IF SHE KEEPS HARRARSSING ME THAT I AM GOING TO SUE HER . TODAY ALONE NO LIE. SHE CALLED ME 6 TIMES AT WORK LUCKILY I WORK ON THE SWITCHBOARD SO SO WORRIES THERE. Will debt consolidation hurt my credit?

I have paid MYPAYDAYLOAN.COM $2158.00 on a $625.00 loan over the past year. I closed my bank account and they have been sending me threatening emails, constantly harrasing me at work, even after my boss told them to stop calling. They have now inflated what I owe to 1029.00. I told them I am not paying them another dime because I have more than paid back the principal amount and they need to send me a PIF and refund the amount I overpaid.
