i am being charge for payday loan which i did not sign for yet they claim they never got paid i am now threaten with fraud and jail what do i do

I have an account from Best Buy closed on me by HSBC. I have been contemplating not paying it off. My question is can HSBC report me to ChexSystems and prevent me from opening a checking account with another bank? What I am worrying about is I might not be able to get another card due to this. Please help with advice.

I have several payday loans that are causing me to slowly drown in debt. After reading some information on this site it seems to me that unless the company is licensed in NH (where I reside) they are not legal. Is this correct? If I call the companies and state that are they likely to provide me wiht paid in full letters or should I only be communicating with them through email/physical letter? Hello, I defaulted on a student loan of 40,000. This was really annoying because I have deferments for all my other loans, this one got away from me while I was studying for the bar and I ended up thinking all my deferment forms had been sent in. Not so. I caught it 10 days after default. Sadddd! Anyway, I got in to the rehab program but the payments are 380 and they said that is the lowest the can go. I didn't know about "reasonable and affordable" but I would think they would have mentioned the financial diclosure thingy. Would they be that evil as to not tell me about that option?

I did not sign up for a loan through this company, they got my account number somewhere and deposited the money, I had applied for a diff loan through a ligitimit company and these people keep trying to contact me to repay this debt, harrassing me at work, Which happens to be a bank that I work at and It is a federal offence to call a bank threatening employees. They are going to be in trouble the bank will be filing a complaint with the authorities about the djr company. They have no right to be doing this to people and they are a big scam and pray on people who don't know any better.

I have a payday loan with Check Mate Cash Advance Center. Well I wasn't able to make the interest payment of $35.00 that month and went in to let them know and advised the worker to send the check in and when it comes back i can make the payment arrangements. She then said they do not send in checks to the account and that i would have to pay it. even though she said she wouldn't send the check in, she did anyway and when it was returned to her she called and insisted i pay the bill.

We had a 5th wheel trailer purchased for our business ($30,000), but under my personal credit/name. When the business went under, the trailer was repo'd by BofA. They sold it at auction for $7,500. We were unable to pay anything since I was out of work. BofA sent this to Gurstel, Staloch & Chargo. They sent a letter demanding payment. We sent a validation request (by certified mail) within the 30 days. They never sent the validation back, simply filed a lawsuit. We received a summons next. We are scheduled for mandatory arbitration on 10/29.

How do I found out if a Pay Day Loan is legal in my state?
