Guess who? AFNI and Verizon. I repeatedly asked them to show me a copy of the signed agreement I made with AFNI/AT and T. The rude girl told me they didn't have to provide me with that and all that matters is that my name is on it. They same problem with Verizon. I am trying to look up there registered Agents in Florida. Can you help?

i have a question. I have a PDL with loan shop online. I have had some difficulties paying it back. The bank acct i used then was closed by my bank, and now they have taken out the money from my husbands business account. I am not in any way tied to this account, do they have the right to do this?

I received a message from a fraud investigator with PCS fraud department. I called them back and was told that Payday Yes had issued papers and was suing me for fraud for a bad check. I didn't understand how an internet pdl company could sue for a bad check when I didn't write a check. The gentleman stated that they received records from my bank and it proved the monies were deposited in my account on 8/28/08, but he didn't tell me the amount. He stated he could get approval for $317.00 and they would waive the outstanding fees.

Ok I have a loan with a company. The amount deposited was $300. I paid back $90 before closing the account. Because I have not yet paid back the principal on this loan, I haven't sent the C&D. I was due for another $90 to be debited on the 15th and just got a call & e-mail today. Here is the thing. I have had at least 4 loans with this company over the past 2 years. I have always paid on time and have paid at least double on every loan I've ever had. This is all before I learned they're illegal. So, on the one hand I could say I still owe them $210.

The gal answering the phone at First National Collection Bureau, Inc says they sent the notice on their clients (Galaxy Portfolios, LLC) word that I owe. She confirmed her office has no documentation to back the claim. She said if it's not listed on my credit report, oh it must be an debt older than 7 years. She said this claim was opened using my name and SS# and she gave me my last 4 digits correctly. She stated her office will close out the process today. I assume that means she knows I am not going to be BS'd into sending out money I do not owe. What a scam.
