Last May 2009, I was left a warrent notice on my front door that I missed a court date in Chelsea District Court, I immediately contacted the sherriff and was connected to the law offices of Kream & Kream of E Weymouth, 781) 331-9333. I have a education loan the balance on it is 16,858 this loan status is collection/charge off I also have 2 credit cards in total i owe 4,870 they both are in collections what is the fastest way that i can resolve my debt?

I just go notice that FIA filed judgement against me in 9/10. Trying to figure out if the SOL can protect me. My last transaction with the credit card co. was in 9/07. Anyone know?

These guys orginally called and said they were a legal firm and there is a case against me, after talkign to them to figure this out he finally tyold me that it was us cash loans, i told him where to go, and he proceded to call my job and ask for my manager on a 3 way call. i have reported them to BBB abd finding out how illegal this is. can any one help for the next time they call. i asked for his manager he told em no, I asked for the company address and phone number and he told me no and hung up said he will call my manager back tomorrow and get me fire.

Where to begin! I had a repo about 14 yrs ago in VA. They took a judgement out on me that I never paid. It finally caught up to me in NC and now I am making payments to a lawyer's office for Wells Fargo. A month ago, I traded in a vehicle that Wells Fargo has a 2nd lien on. They will not give the dealership the title until the loan is paid in full. I traded the car in thinking that Wells Fargo would be willing to transfer the lien to a different vehicle. They said no! I asked the lawyer if I could make a settlement offer and she said yes.
