The girl in the video to your right is Polly! She was a big contributor here a year or two ago. You will she her in the hall of fame as Pollyandsay. I think she is really cute and a nice person. I was wondering if she ever returns here after making that video? A true Hall of Famer and well deservedly so.

I sold anything and everything I could, guess room furniture/outdoor furniture. I sold a old car, I sold on ebay-craigslist-yard sales. I even collect soda cans and made $20. to add to the pot! But the weird thing that bought in a lot of money was mature landscaping I had my property! AND it happened by accident, at one of my yard sales a landscaper stopped in and was admiring a shrub. He said I will give you $250. SOLD! Many of my scrubs had outgrown their space anyway. In the end I made $1200. just from plants.

I see no response from other's that have ask a question. I don't understand how someone can put a garnishment on your checking account without notification. I went to get gas last night using my debt card - and was rejected for NSFs. Came home and look on my on-line bank account - didn't see anything but called them. They then told me that someone had put a garnishment on my checking account and gave me that office number which of course was closed. Called this AM but of course they were 2 hour difference.

Allied Interstate keeps calling and leaving a message. They don't identify who they are calling for. My husband and I have impecable credit, my job requires that i do, so because they don't identify who they want, I will not call back. Is t his the correct course?

Since I sent a settlement letter by certified mail to a collection agency to try and settle an account. I have yet to hear anything back from them,and prior to this they had a lawyer from my state send me a letter demanding payment. How long does it take for them to respond usually?

When 2 parties sign a lease for an apartment is it legally right for them to only pursue one party? Even if they have information on both parties can they only try to collect from one? Both parties are on the judgement as they are on the lease. The apartment is trying to say they can pick which party they want to pursue even though both are responsible.

I signed up for Quizzle and disputed 3 negative accounts (had 5) on my credit report through Experian. I received an email today stating that two of the negatives credit cards have been deleted from my credit file and the a third negative mortgage was changed to paid/closed never late. My question is.....Do I need to send a letter, call or dispute these with the other 2 credit bureaus or will it automatically update? Thank you very much for your response. ps. how much will this affect my credit score?
