I live in ohio and have an internet loan through them. I called to see if there was anyway I could extend the payment over a longer time due to a hard financial situation I am in. I was told they would extend it over 4 pay dates. Is there anything else I could do? This is still going to break me Thanks

what do I do if I get collection letters for accounts that are not on my credit reports anymore?

I'll try to make this as short and concise as possible. Back in '08 I signed a 1 year contract with a health club. I fulfilled the 1 year contract and then a few months later I was in a car accident making it so that I was unable to continue my membership. I called the club and they told me no problem and that they would cancel the contract and I would not be billed further. My fault for not getting this in writing, however I was in bad shape, had a couple of surgeries and was in and out of the hospital.

I am looking to see if this company requires to close all my credit cards? I want to keep them open and cut them...does any agency allow this? As all I am reading is they require you to close accounts....

A few weeks ago I received a 3 page foldout letter that claims that I can be part of a class action judgement against a collection agency. The agency is known as "The Bureaus Inc." It claims that a Todd Fike filed suit against this company and since I had a cell phone number that they used to call me using an auto dial system that I can receive some of the settlement money. I can provide more information if needed as to other details.

I keep getting calls from some criminal investigation company that says I am going to jail for not paying back an internet loan. I have paid off every loan I have ever gotten. Of course, they can not provide me with any information as to when the loan was taken out. Should I keep ignoring them since I know I do not own anyone any money?
