When Chase sent a letter asking me my intentions regarding the apartment, I was told that Fannie Mae does not allow to reaffirm the loan.

Hi! In February of 2007 I began seeing a therapist at a local community practice. Shortly afterward I began to see another practitioner for medication management. So I had two people that I saw from the same practice. I relocated across the country at the end of 2008. Shortly after arriving in my new state, I received a bill for approximately $600.00. I was very surprised because it was customary for me to submit my co-pay at the time/date of visit. I called the practice and spoke to someone in patient accounts.

Has anyone delt with Machol and Johannes in Denver CO on a credit card debt? I received a summons from them and was wondering what the outcome has been for anybody that fights them in court.

My late husband, who passed away in 1996, got a collection letter today from RJM Acquisitions LLC. I called the number listed on the form and waited over 5 minutes for an answer, but no one came on the line. This supposedly was for a military book club account of which, I am sure, he never was a member.

We live in Illinois and are almost 3 years into a chapter 13 bankruptcy. We struggle every day and currently have 5 payday loans. All offer rollovers except one, which we re-loan on every two weeks to cover what we spent to pay it off. We're trapped in this horrible cycle and don't see any way out. I'm considering closing my bank account and starting all over, but I'm scared of doing that - thinking might just be making things worse. Has anyone done this? Did it help or was the hassle of switching banks more trouble than it was worth?
