I am looking at my options to reduce and payoff my credit card debt. I have several that I need to try and combine now. I have a card that is at a low interest rate until late 2011. If I join a program now and find that at the end of next year I can't handle the last one can I add that card later?

how do i stop them from debiting my account and also not to bother me or my work, contacts and cease all ach debits. i have over paid - i have been paying $60 every 2 weeks since april on a $200 loan. I live in nc and my husband and I have 2 vehichles one is fully paid for and the other we have monthly payments. what is the law when you don't pay your credit cards. I am looking for work and he is working but only makes 1300 dollars a month. right now we are living with a friend for free. we also have 2 children and all money goes for bills but we have had to use our cards at times to buy food. we are at a point were we can't make the payments and I am worried what will happen. my 1 child has disabilities and my husband has medical problems.

I have 7 outstanding storefront loans in Illinois, they r called installment loans. 3 of them are being paid by payroll deduction and the others are in default and accruing interest on a daily basis. They are threatening to garnish my wages and there is no way I can afford to pay all these loans back now. Does anyone know what I can do to get out of this meSs

Debt validation (with a view to debt settlement) - I sent the first letter (sample letters) from this site to the CA reporting on my credit report (EOS - from an AT&T account, $423), requesting debt validation. EOS CCA responded, but I don't think they sent what I requested. They sent VERIFICATION, but not validation - all they sent me was a statement of the creditor acct number, balance, interest, fees and the statement "The above information has been verified as correct by AT&T mobility".
