Hi! I have many payday loans. My storefront loans include Advance America, American Payday Loans, and King of Kash. My on line poans include Cash Call, Payday Max, Pyday Loan Yes, and Check-n Go. My total debt is $10,000. Should I enter a debt settlement program? I can't pay these loans - They are killing me. I live in Kansas - can I get sued? If this isn't my best option - what is?

Hi I received a loan from Loan Point USA and several other PDL's. The original loan was for 600.00 and I repaid 300.00 in deductions and had to close my bank acct due to multiple pdl charges. I spoke with Loan Point and offered the remaining 300.00 but they refused requesting a total of 1220.00. This is crazy, I refused and just received a letter from Farrell Law Group LLC requesting immediate payment or they would turn over for legal action. Can they really sue for interest of 920.00!

I was on here a few weeks back, and I can not seem to locate the specific informations the indicates the a Payday Loan Lender must be licensend in the State of Tx. I understand the CSO, and I have that information. The information I see here indicates payday loans for Texas are legal or they can operate via a CSO. I am looking for specific reference so I can submit a letter of revocation of ACH, etc. to put in a letter to CashTransfer Centers and the like who are internet lenders doing business illegally. First of all I was a member sometime ago but cannot sign in or register. Not sure why. I wanted to share that after years the NH Banking Department has place a stop and violation on One Click Cash. If anyone is interested go to the NH Banking Department website under public orders. Yes this is great. They still call me and at one time a Officer Nixon threaten me. I have old credit cards that are well past the statue of limitations but continue to show up on my credit report. How long will they remain there. Also, 1 company sold the debt to another co and now the debt shows up 2 x on my credit report with different acct #'s
