I have two loans one with speedy cash and the other with ezmoney. all I have been able to do is pay the interest rates, and with those costs alone i have pretty much already paid the loan back what should i do?

I live in FL and I have 1 pay day loan I am unable to pay back, right now it is current but I am not sure what to do. It is with and internet based company called Magnum Cash Advance. I have spoken to them and they will allow me to make 4 payments (2 a month of $330) on a $650 loan but I can even afford to do that. I have borrowed from them multiple times and alway paid back on time. As of right now I haven't paid anything on this current loan. I also have an old loan that I defaulted on in Ohio (when I live there).

im from ohio and owe three payday loans. cashnet $800, great sky cash $400 and my payday loan $300. can i please get help in how can i pay them off without requesting another loan?

Lost job in 2008 have been working min wage jobs just to keep going, credit rating at this point is poor. All oppertunities i have to wrk good paying jobs cost money upfront to ge started are their any programs for loans that may help me get on my feet

i got a letter from this company saying i owed money to a bank i have never had a account with. they asked for my ssn will they steal my identity?

filed ch 7 BK. Midland keeps calling. I've given them this information multiple times. Agent that called got snotty and said "you are the one who took our money so stop yelling at me" I've told them to stop calling. I've given them our attorney's info. They call on Saturday mornings and if they do not get an answer they continue to call every 10 mins until I pick up the phone. Can I sue them?

We filed chapter 7 in 2005 before the laws changed, We did not reaffirm our mortgage as part of our chapter 7. Our mortgage shows a zero balance on our credit report and we have not been getting credit for making the payments on the house. We still live in the house. Are we able to just give the house back to the mortgage company and walk away from the house without any consequences. If so how would we go about doing that.

Zwicker. On my credit report it only shows the one month two years ago where I was late with payment and that is because the DSC took my money but didn't make payment. As soon as I figured it out I started making payments immediately to my online account with Discover. Again I only have that one late payment from two years ago. Otherwise I have been paying on time with Discover's online account service. I have spoken with the non-attorney hired by Zwicker and explained to them I am making payments, but they still call and send letters.

Anyone settle with Chase with a low balance (I owe $5,000) I would like to settle for 30%($1500) but at 130 days late they are only willing to go to $2750. Would like some help from people that have settled with Chase. Thank you.
