Ok..I've closed my bank account..how do I go about re-paying the principal? I live in Florida...How do I figure fees? Thank you.

Just finished settling with two companies successfully, but the last one is National Credit Adjusters and they won't even answer their phone. Put on hold with promises that I am 6th, then 4th, then 1st, and then it flips back to 6 again. This continued for an hour. Very unprofessional and a sign of a company that is at minimum incompetently managed. After reading about them it seems it might be risky to send them anything - their rating on budd hibbs site isn't good. Illegal practices. But I have a one time opportunity via a relative next week to settle all my debts if done at 20-30%.

I reside in Indiana and have a total of 10 online payday loans out (info following) and am working to prepare letters to send each of them before all heck breaks loose with them as wells as to revoke any wage assignments. I closed my bank account to prevent their debits from continuing as they were sucking up all my income.

GC Services took a payment out of my checking account without my permission. I have been working with them for a payment program on a debt. They say I agreed,but if it is as they say,the used deception for me to agree. I told them do not call me anymore. Do I have any recourse?

A month ago I started moving all of our deposits to another bank. If a deposit came through I was up at 3:30 in the morning moving it to another account that my account was linked to. Friday's deposit came through and I had no clue that it hadn't moved to the new bank. At the beginning of the month I did the following. I used the letter that was posted here and requested that they stop debiting our account. I received a letter back telling me that they would.

I only have two one is current or I should say is new, and the other is old toghther they total just under 800 is the loan the best option

I have 7 payday loans in tennessee that i didnt get over the internet and now i cant pay the interest anymore. Im fixing to lose everything and i dont know what to do. Im closing my bank account tomorrow cause i have no other choice. After I close my account would this be considered fraud or will they send them to collections first to give me a chance to pay them back with something i could afford.Please help!!!
