hello shazzers..i need some help. i am from california. and i have like 7 payday loans that are past due..i lost my job and have no way of paying them..they are all either threatening to take me to collections or garnish my wages..i am so stressed. the companys are: zip19 cashnetusa greatskycash speedycash moneytree acecash can this effect my credit at all..can they take me to court???

Are there people tht help with not only credit card debt but all debts student loans, payday loans etc.

Is First Source Advantage the legitimate collection agent for Bank of America? If I settle with them will Bank of America show the debt as settled per the letter that First Source Advantage has sent me? Will this be the last I hear of this or will some new collection agency start chasing me? Thank you.

I just looked at my checking account bank statement, which had approximately $7000 in it, and there were two FIA CardServices deductions in it. One was for $100 and the other for $150. I'll call my bank in the morning and demand the money back. Simply put, they just tried to steal $250 from me. Any tips on how to get my money back?

I naively got a credit card from this bank at the Express clothing store. Never have I met with such rudeness. My balance was 60$. I was late paying so they tagged on a $20 late charge. I asked them to take it off, they didn't do so. I did paid the balance but they kept tagging late charge after late charge until the total was $260. I agreed to settle for $145 finally but they still report it as a loss or "charge off" on my credit report instead of "closed settlement". When I called to ask if they could correct this they were extremely rude and refused to help.
